Mr. Lucas, I currently attend school in Louisiana and was wondering; will Lucasfilm be making contributions to the victims of the hurricane? George Lucas: I wrote out a check for $ 10 dollars just the other day. If more money is needed, I will donate another $ 10 dollars. I do everything possible to help those in need. We should pray for our friends in the Deep South. May the Force be with them. ohboyohboyohboy Suttle is such an idi0t. People are suffering and he is making jokes Wow, what a jerkoff.

Here he starts again, bashing fans. ;D ;D
Dear Mr. Lucas: I have a few questions regarding Darth Sidious. Firstly, is Sidious really 10,000 years old? That would make a lot of sense to me because if he learns to influence the midichlorians to create life, then Sidious could use that on himself and be practically immortal. Also did Sidious create Anakin? Answering these questions would mean a lot to me as I am planning on making a fan movie about Sidious turning to the dark side. Jedi Master Kha-Se Shbei
George Lucas: It’s surprising how little you know about Star Wars. Did you watch Revenge of the Sith? Sidious admits to Anakin that Sidious does not know the secret of creating life. This is a secret known only to the deceased Darth Plagueis. As for your questions, Sidious is not 10,000 years old. This would make absolutely no sense. Sidious would not exist for that long without taking down the Jedi and the Republic.
This is obviously a fan-based rumor because it’s totally crap. The fans are always wrong about these things. Also, Sidious did not create Anakin. If this were true, Sidious would have trained Anakin from infancy to be a Sith. Try to use some common sense before you submit these questions. The rumors you here from your fellow fans are always false. They never get anything right. It’s really sad.

KNOW you don't like fan fiction, BUT I have written some sections of the movie in a character focused manner, as well as a short story about Luke and Leia meeting the Naberrie family. These are only for my friends and family and I have NOT attempted to publish them ANYWHERE and will not. However I would be HONORED if you would at least give them a glance: web site address omitted.
George Lucas: You can write fan fiction as long as you keep it to yourself. Don't let your friends read it ever. It's not fair to me to rip off my ideas and intellectual property without compensation. I don't have enough free time to read your work. For legal reasons, I can't read unsolicited stories about Star Wars.

That's "technically" true, though there is an unspoken agreement between Lucas and the fans stating that we can write fan fiction and make fan films as long as we don't make a profit off of them.
And, he isn't allowed to read fan made stories.

Do you mean is this site and other fan sites legal? If so, yes. Just so long as they don't do anything that violates the law.

To tell the truth, I was actually relieved after hearing that SS was fake. His Sequel Trilogy plots sucked, and having three new episodes made by ANYONE would suck. Star Wars is the story of Anakin. Anakin is dead. Therefore, the Saga is complete.

George Lucas: Obi-Wan does remember R2-D2. Watch the scene from A New Hope where Obi-Wan first meets R2 on Tatooine, you will recall that Obi-Wan calls R2 “friend.” This proves that Obi-Wan did recognize the droid.
Moments later after Luke comes around...
LUKE: Well, then, the droid does belong to you. BEN: Don't seem to remember ever owning a droid. Very interesting...
*From Star Wars. Episode IV: A New Hope January 1, 1976 - fourth draft.

"Come here, my little friend."
SS is actually right with this one. Obi-Wan is a big fan of "I'll tell you the truth...well, the partial truth." He didn't realize it was Artoo until after they got to Obi-Wan's home though. When Princess Leia's hologram is playing, watch the look Obi-Wan gives Artoo.

Yeah. Just look at how many astromech droids are rolling around the Rebel bases in the hangars. So after being in exile for such a long time its understandable that he would forget about a little astromech.

George Lucas: I was just referring to you. You‘re one of the people that takes Star Wars much too seriously. Does it really matter in the end? When you are being judged by God, are you going to be proud to admit that you wasted many, many hours watching the Star Wars films and playing with your action figures. I think you need to wake up and see that there is more to life than Star Wars.
Yes, SuperShadow, the first step is admitting you have a problem. ;D
I can picture it... SuperShadow... 30 year old loser... wasting many hours watching Star Wars films and playing with his Boba Fett action figure.
Perhaps Super Suttle should listen to George Lucas' advice and wake up and see that there is more to life than Star Wars.
