George Lucas: Shadow has been working with me closely on the prequel trilogy. Many of the ideas seen in the prequels came from either Shadow or the fans of Shadow’s web site. I am forever indebted to Shadow for helping me to write the screenplay for Revenge of the Sith. Also Shadow has helped me immensely in the editing room. Thanks to Shadow for all he does for the fans. He loves us all very much.

George Lucas: Your kind words are very much appreciated. My impact on the lives of others is completely amazing. I have really had a positive impact on the entire world. Hopefully, my legacy will endure for many centuries to come.

George Lucas: If the opinion of the Net community mirrored that of the average movie patron, then I would be worried. Fortunately, these few nerds who have nothing better to do than bad mouth Jar Jar are not in any way representative of the main stream. I want Star Wars to appeal to as wide an audience as possible. Children love Jar Jar. There are millions of children who adore Jar Jar and only a few dozen Net nerds who dislike Jar Jar. So in the end, I ignore the opinions of a few lonely losers who waste their lives on the Net.

George Lucas: Who says there is any demand for the original versions of the old films? All the fan mail we get is for praise of all the changes I have made to the films. Not a single person is asking to see the outdated versions. The original versions of the old films do not represent my artistic vision. Why should I have to compromise my vision just because two or three nerds desire to buy the original versions on DVD? I am an artist and have the right to do whatever I want to my creations. End of debate.

George Lucas: I honestly believe that Revenge of the Sith is the best film of the saga. Shadow has really worked overtime on this one and it really shows. Shadow is just amazing. He has some of the most creative ideas I have ever seen. Come May 19 you too will be extolling how great a film Revenge of the Sith really is.

Mr. Lucas, what made you accept SuperShadow's offer to take fan questions?
George Lucas: Shadow told me I needed to directly answer fan questions because Shadow was constantly getting questions from the fans that only I could answer. I believe making contact with the fans is a way I can keep in touch with the pulse of the fans. I want to know what is on the fans’ minds. It’s very interesting to me to read all these questions. I had no idea Star Wars had such a strong and devoted following on the Net.

George Lucas: Shadow has always advised me that it is best to let the fans know the plot lines for the prequel films many years in advance of the cinematic release. By doing this, I can get important feedback from the fans and make any changes that I feel are necessary to improve the film. I owe Shadow a huge thank you for helping me with the prequel scripts and helping me edit the films. The prequel trilogy would not have been such a runaway success without Shadow. I don’t think any of us truly appreciates Shadow all that we should. He has sacrificed greatly to do what is best for all fans.
