Here Be Dragons

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She smiles and daydreams almost picturing it in her mind.* "Such a place sounds wonderful to me. All my life I have been around technology and busy spaceports. Gurv couldn't betray the life he knew before though he retired. Yet, to find such peace....it would be nice." *She pauses* "Yet, I couldn't stay there. I feel like a caged rancor if I am stuck somewhere for too long."

"Yes I have noticed that about you my Daughter." She grins and leans over to hug Arael lightly. "Perhaps when we have the time we can cross the Galactic Abyssal and I can show you first hand the wonders of the Homeworld."

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

"Really?!! You mean it?!! Oh, Ilhar!!" *She hugs her tightly and kisser her on the cheek*

[Xais'fir]

~He felt ever the fifth wheel and was debating leaving mother and daughter to themselves as he gazed out the viewport at the space beyond and listening to the thoughts of his ship-companion/friend that lay birthed somewhere beneath him~

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She pulls away from Lirreka and goes to stand beside Xais'fir.* "Your accent......it is familiar. Mandalorian blood fills your veins doesn't it?" *Her gaze moves from the viewport to the man.*

[Triune]

*Lirreka smiles at her daughter then leans back in her chair to claim a peach from the bowl and take a bite of it. She watches her daughter and Xais for a time, content to be silent for now.*

[Xais'fir]

~He glances briefly towards Lirr at Arael's question, chuckling slightly to himself before meeting her daughter's gaze with a nod~

"Aye lass, you could say that. Though as your mother might agree, I'm...one of a kind." His red lenses flash slightly as another chukles leaves him, to learn more about him would require Lirreka's consent.

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She looks back outside the viewer as they travel through space and falls quiet for a time.* "You are a secretive person. I can sense that much about you. Yet, you don't respond to Lirreka as other males do. Then again, I haven't seen her around any males other than Danthiri either. Most peculiar how a Mandalorian chooses to abandon his family lines and join another." *A smile plays upon her lips as she loves this probing game. Intimidating others is something she takes joy in.*

*She grins slightly willing to let Arael mull the mystery over before letting Xais talk about himself*

The falleen woman walks up beside The Ebon Matron, and speaks in a hushed tone

"So, I was wondering as to how a mandalorian merc is in the service of The Matron. As I understand it, you have little want or need of the likes of his kind."

[Xais'fir]

~He wasn't one to be easily intimidated, being rather laidback for the most part, his secretiveness was mostly due to his duties to Lirr~

"Let's just say I consider her family as you do, besides, I have no other family. They were lost to me a long time ago, Lirreka is the only family I have." He shrugs slightly, the grin on his face hidden behind his mask as his ears pick up Rainha's question, albeit barely, my wasn't he the center of attention.

[Triune]

*She looks over to Rainha and smiles*

"One always has need of individuals capable of getting things done with a minimum of difficulty. He's obtained a few plans for me necessary for the protection of Ebonclaw Mandated Space."

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She keeps her voice distant.* "My birth mother discarded me. Lirr has taken me in as one of her own." *While speaking about herself, she probes his mind using what little force abilities she did know how to use.* Since he won't talk. We'll just seek the information ourselves.

She continues in her hushed voice, while also keeping a watchful eye on the merc and young girl, making sure neither seemed to be paying attention to her and the matrons exchange

But why is he still a mercinary? Does it not worry you that he has not given you his undevided loyalty?

*her chuckle though soft still sounds like crystal bells*

"As a mercanary his actions are his own, the fact I ask him to obtain something does not equate what actions he takes to get it. I cannot be held accountable for the actions of a mercanary from an agressive people. The Mandalorians while my allies can be outright brutal so... In a manner of speaking I am not held accountable because of his actions."
