*On old maps before the days of star travel cartographers often put those words when the did not know what truly lie in a region. Dragons lived in the remote places, the hidden corners of the world waiting to leap out and devour those that ventured too close. It isn't surprising that when space travel came about that the practice returned. On distant worlds they now lurked again waiting for a meal of the unwary and foolish. In time the explorers of space came to find that Dragons were indeed real and like the legends of old they did fly and breath foul noxious fumes. Now the words took on their actual meaning. 'Here be Dragons'.*
*Lirreka pondered the mysteries of the Dragons as she watched the eggs incubating in her lab on Myrkr. They had grown almost five times their initial size and when she could identify the species she placed them into groups. Three still defied classification. She knew of dragons from her Galaxy, many were like the ones here, large reptiles capable of little more then any animal. But some were more then animals... Like the Arkanian Dragons... Could they be the link? She had to find out.*
*She left her lab behind and walked along the stone hallways seeking out Arael, she had hoped her daughter had calmed down some since her return. The young were always of volitile emotions.*

*She runs down the stairs into the main hall and sits down at the table. Her petite but very capable frame picks out an apple and begins to chomp down on it. Her mind seems to be a million miles away as she replays the events at Corellia before that blasted Enishi came around. The next bite she takes is larger and with more vengence than the first.*

*Watching Arael it took Lirreka only a few seconds to realize she was only slightly less upset then when she arrived earlier. She internalized her sigh and stepped down into the center room.*
"Ah there you are darling, I trust you slept well? You were up early, out jogging around the lake?" She takes a seat at the table and plucks out a peach and rubs the fuzz off before taking a bite.

*She nods her head.* "I couldn't sleep well. I haven't been sleeping well lately. Been bothered alot. I don't want to talk about it." *She sets the apple down and looks at Lirreka.* "You've been spending alot of time away from the compound lately. Things here have been boring."

"Well if you do want to speak of it with me darling you know my door is always open." She smiles at Arael and pats her arm before going on. "Yes I am sorry about that but this Dragon mystery has me. See three species of Dragon in my Galaxy are sentient and rule a relatively massive empire on my coreward border. I have amiable dealings with them. Here however I have yet to find a truly sentient dragon species. The Arkanian dragons come the closest but I have yet to actually see a mature one. I have considered a jaunt there to see what I can discover." She smiles at Arael "Would you like to come with me? Perhaps we can just make a circuit coreward. I miss spending time with you my Daughter." She leans over and gives her a hug.

*Arael hugs her Ilhar back and then nods her head wiping a tear away.* "I need to get my mind off of things. All I have done is go over and over in my head where I went wrong to let that Jedi know I wasn't Adena. I don't know what it was. I still don't understand."

"Darling, wanting to learn from an error is a sign that you're attentive to your skills and improving them but fixating on the whys and wherefores isn't good. There may be nothing more then they had a 'gut feeling' It happens even to me and Tiera. Continue to practice and hone your Adena is all the advice I can give you. Matching her aura is exceedingly difficult especially now." She gives Arael a hug and smiles "But enough of that, get what you want to take with you darling, we're going on a trip in my customed vorcia class ship."

*She gets up slowly.* "Perhaps you're right....do I need to take any weapons? Will these dragons be dangerous?"

"Indeed, take your weapons and your suits if you desire. We'll be heading coreward from Arkania after we're done there." She smiles.

*She quickly runs up the stairs into her room to grab some of her weapons and put the suits...especially her newest one...into her bag before coming back down the stairs. Her bag is thrown to the floor as her hair is pulled back into a ponytail using a piece of black silk cloth.* "I'm ready to go when you are, Ilhar."

*She smiles at Arael as she returns, her own belongings always within reach. An old habit from her youth.*
"Then on to Arkania.." She smiles and walks out of the compound, pausing only to place her hand on the stone frame of the open entrance. An enigmatic grin coats her lips as she leads Arael down the path to the lake and the large landing pad. "This is one thing I like about the Vorcias' they can land."

*She walks beside Lirreka but her gaze turns to the massive ship that is landing. She hasn't seen these before but heard others in the compound talking about it exuberently. A smile comes across her lips in pride of being a part of something like the Ebonclaws. However, it fades a little as she remembers some of the words some of the "family" said as she passed through the halls under hushed voices. Though Lirreka treated her as one of them, she still felt like an outsider. She didn't know if she ever would feel like she truly belonged. Perhaps, this was why she ran away to do some adventure so often.*

"You seem lost in thought young one."
The voice comes from behind Arael, belonging the Falleen Qu'abban, her stance regal as ever, and her skin glistening a dull orange under her barly there garb.

*She stops and turns around to face Rainha and bows politely to her.*
"Much is troubling my mind, yes. I'm sorry I didn't hear your approach."

That is because I did not approach, I was standing here and you passed me by. it is no matter though, there are many in this huste and busle, it is easy to know see who is beside you as you pass, and even easier when human and so young. I beleive this trip to the dragons world will excite you, very dangerios dragons are.
As she speaks her skins begins to change to its usual its vibrant teal hue, although when mentioning araels age and species her face hints at a red.
