Confrontation(Invite)

*The lights almost blinded the young leader as he walked down the corridor and into the confrence room. He was here to talk to the remaining Mandalorian Generals...try and set up even ground with them. The call had already been made and he just sat there waiting for them. sweat began to accumulate on his forehead...he had no idea how nervous he was.

Darius wore a short red shirt and black shorts. Kinda loose, but hey, he was mandalore...he could do what he wanted. *

[Lakkerun Joh'had]

OOC: I am here to play the part of one of the Mandalorian Generals, so READ THIS if you'd like to avoid confusion. All actions and such will be done in black.

*I enter the conference room, Mandalorian armour clanking loudly as I enter. It is of standard make, although modified with a few non-visible enhancements. A sword clanks at my side, and a blaster is held loosely at the other.

I look towards Mandalore wordlessly, and make a less-than-visible bow. I sit down in one of the chairs and await the other generals to arrive. They'd better come, and fast, as this one looked like he sorely needed instruction.*

[Halan]

*thoughout the countless general's an silence is heard...nobody speaks or utters a word about the new mandalore....slowly across the ranks they bow there heads showing there respect except for one who says very loudly and clearly*

"Idiot"

*After nodding to the first General to enter...he peers over to the one that spoke out.*

"Excuse me..?"

*His eyebrow went up, while the other went down, his face was kind of astonished. From what he had heard, being thrown out of civilized culture will make you a little ignorant, mandalorians were supposed to respect their leaders.*

[Halan]

*He takes off his helmet and he steps out...he is a giant of a man almost touching 7 foot high bulgeing muscles even evident behind his armour..he turns and scowls at "mandalore"*

"You are a pathetic excuse for a leader"

[Lakkerun Joh'had]

"We cannot know his true style and combat prowess yet. But I must agree, from first impressions, you look like youre not ready for the job, Mandalore."

[Darius Lenoth/Infared]

*The man moved in his chair, so that his legs hung from the armrests. He looked a lot younger than he was...but that was probably cause his hair covered most of his face. Most that was visible was a small smirk across his face, almost of defiance.*

"Really now? Well why's that?"

[Halan]

"Because you are but a child yourself....You are fit to lead and I don't even think you understand what you have or what you are"

[Lakkerun Joh'had]

"Oh come now. He has proved himself very resourceful before, as we know. And he has had some Mandalorian training before, so he's not starting off as some fairy-dancing Echani. But he does lack the finesse, the skill to lead properly. That, however, can be remedied with time."

[Darius Lenoth/Infared]

"Hullo, and I am fit to lead...I led my band of poorly organized renagades of taking the base on mandalore!That took skill..."

*Finally he was up...he began to walk loosely towards the agreesive General...then gave him a small poke, ignoring his giant size.*

"You think you can do better.."

[Halan]

*He spits these words at duncan's character ( )*

"Traitor.....right now we need storng leadership...the mandalore before Arian was one of our greatest he brought us form nothing...We need experience not to wait for some child to learn the ropes"

[Lakkerun Joh'had]

"Calm down, both of you. General, I can read you like a book, I know what you want. If the whelp were unfit to lead, then someone would have to be chosen to lead, wouldn't they? And why not the briliant commander who has seen us through so many battles, the hero of so many wars? The one who has always been 'loyal' to the Mandalorians. Someone with a reputation like, oh, yours maybe?"

[Darius Lenoth/Infared]

"LOYAL?! Who followed the twins when they took over? Not me...They murdered Arian...and you followed them...not what I look for in my troops..."

[Halan]

"I could do better than this child...Has he sat in a basilisk war droid andd droped down towards a planets defences? Has he attacked a city outnumbered ten to one? Does he have the blood with enough noble blood to be classed as acceptable?|

[Lakkerun Joh'had]

*I stand up quickly, and stare fiercely at the opposing General in a glare that could even be seen through the Mandalorian helmet*

"So it is true. I thought maybe your ways had changed, but I was wrong. Apparently you'll still only go with what will get you the most power, not the benefit of all. And that's what we have to strive for in these times. We must rebuild, we're too weak as is.

This one has Mandalore's armour. This one will lead us. The people will rally behind him like never before. The one who had recovered the armour of Mandalore, think about it. It will be him that leads us back to power."
