"We'll start off with some basic, sword-to-sword combat. Swords and armour, and we'll go 'til I say stop. So get yerself ready..."
*I pull a long, metal sword from my hilt. It glistens silver in the light, looking almost newer than new. Along its side runs a simple design, but that appears to be the only scratches on its surface. The hilt was once normal leather, but is now wrapped in rags.*
"Go..."

*And at that, the fight had begun. He pulled his blade so that it was a horizontle strike to the man's neck. A weak point known in most armours, if it hit, would easily decapitate him.
His stance was wide, and his feet were firmly placed. Giving him the maxium balance one of his training could hope for.*

*It might decapitate someone, yes. But not this someone, and not this someone when this someone knows what you're planning on doing, and how to defend against it.
"Predictable!"
My blade is up in a flash, and the two sword clash loudly as a couple sparks fly. Recovering quickly, I bring the sword in a loop and slash at Mandalore's lower chest piece.*

*I bend back, and one knee hits the floor, while the rest of my body leans to the left. The slash slides right beside me as I swing my own sword baseball style at the man's leg.*

"Typical!"
*Again, the move is easily countered with a swift jump. And as I come down, I bring the sword down with it, in a Hulk-like move. Immediately after, I send a jab at his right thigh, followed by a slash at his left shoulder.*

*The attacks are dodged as Darius rolls backward, escaping and getting out of range. This man was defiantly more skilled than the first General he had fought, or at least more in control of his emotions.
Then, remembering the directions of the Araya, he tried to do something a little less predictible. He hurled his blade right towards the man's neck, then folloing it with undenible speed, he slid into a diving kick.*

"Youre up to a 'C' now...."
*Mandalore's motions betray his intentions: His legs were clearly tensed and ready to spring, not to attack. And so, I slide sideways, and allow the flying leg to kick the air freely. But before it can land, I swing my sword hard towards Mandalore's off-balance chestplate.*
"Still a bit risky for my taste, though."

*Through gritted teeth he lets out a loud*
"Screw you!"
*Then slams both palms against the sides of the blade, metal scratching metal as he holds it above him, trying to pull it out fo teh General's grip.*

*I click my tongue disapprovingly as I kick Mandalore with my boot. The effect isn't to hurt him, really, but instead to jostle him effectively enough that I can swing my blade downward with my full force towards Mandalore's figure.*

*The kick does his job, and the sword comes slamming down, right on his chest plate. Not enough to cut, or even scratch for that matter, the armour, but allows him to knock the wind out of Darius.
He lays there...vision blurring, and finally he rolls off to the side.*
"Nice move..."

"You need to learn a few things about predictability...
Now get up, there will be no resting. I'll show you a couple tricks of the trade, a couple techniques to help keep your opponent off-balance."

*As the man allowed him to get up, Darius lept into the air, forming his foot into a round house kick to the face. If this man knew these tricks of the trade he'd know never to be unprepared. Something you picked up from bar fights...*

*Again, Mandalore's tension betrayed him: his muscles told he would spring forth from the ground soon enough. I catch his foot in mid-air, and use his momentum to throw him across the room as far as my muscles could reach.*
"I can trust you about as far as I can throw you..."

*He lands in a hand stand, and back flips a couple of times. As he dusts himself off he smiles and says.*
"Which seems fairly far, eh?"

"Well duh. I mean, think about who youre talking to..."
*I make a clear jesture of appeasement, then motion for him to get up.*
"Let's try again. This time make your moves a bit... better."
