Independant Training ((Ask))

[Jedi Master Arlon Kyjar]

*Dexon does not follow him, rather staying exactly where he is and listening to Jag's actions through the force. To make this lesson a bit more tougher, he walks into a nearby appartment and heads to the top floor, where he stands, looking out a window.*

*Jag slowly walks into the alleyway and silently creeps up behind the thug, reaches forward and grabbs his wrist, pops the joint and spins his arm behind his back. Jag throws the man against the wall grabbs his other arm, locking them both together with one massive hand. He turns back to the man who was being robbed*

"Are you alright?"

Man: "That guy just tried to rob me! course I'm not alright!"

*Still with his one hand locking the thug's arms behind his back Jag tries to calm the man down*

"Just remain calm, and tell me exactly what happened"

*What sounded like footsteps could be heard approaching the alleyway, the man who was being mugged began to smile, backing away from Jag*

*Jag felt around with the Force, expanding his visual of his surroundings, seeing what felt like heavily armed thugs wearing some sort of armour and carrying blaster rifles coming down the corridor toward him. Jag still held the one man pinned to the wall and calmly stood waiting the arrival of the men*

[Lu Kane]

*The men carrying the heavy weaponry walk over to Jag smiling and looking him up and down*

Thug: "What do we have here boys? Another one caught in our trap it seems?"

"If you want to live, I'd suggest leaving the way you came..."

Thug: "Oh ho! You hear that boys? This ones got a mouth on 'im, what should we do with him?"

All: "Kill him and take his money!!!"

Thug: "Sounds good to me boys! We're gonna buy us some food tonight!"

*Time slows down, what were only seconds passed in what seemed like long moments. Jag dropped the man, spun to meet these new threats pointing the business ends of their blasters at his face. Jag silently brought up his hand, not even bothering to reach for the saber staff on his back. The Force began to swirl and Jag, a slight breeze picked up slowly. Wind started to swirl all around him like a tornado, begging for the men to attack. The thugs just stood there gaping at him, not knowing if what they were seeing was real*

Thug Leader: "Hes a Jedi! Kill him!"

*The men open fire with their blasters, sending super heated laser bolts flying everywhere, splintering the alleyway walls and exploding trash bins. Jag opens his extended hand, releasing the pent up Force swirling around him, the bolts fired by the thugs that even come remotely close to Jag are sent flying in oposite directions, some sent back at the one who shot, some bouncing off the walls and two actually hitting Jag, burning his shoulder and his left thigh*

"That boy is a dangerous one. I like him..."

*He continues to stare out the window.*

[Lu Kane]

*Jag front flips over the heads of the men, throws down his robes ontop of three of them and pulls out his saber staff. He lands on his feet, his knees bent and his back facing the men, he ignites both ends with a snap-hiss. The silver blades twist around as he switched hands, he spun around quickly, pointing one end at the thug's apparent leader, the one who had done all the talking earlier*

"You know... If you just wanted food, all you had to do was ask me nicely..."

Thug Leader: "Umm... We just want food to feed ourselves, we didn't know you were a Jedi"

"It shouldn't matter anyway, and I'm not even a Jedi yet"

*Jag tossed the men a few hundred credits and waved them along. There were a few dead bodies left behind in the alleyway, the laser bolts shot by their own men had killed them*

[Lu Kane]

*Jag turned around and headed back to Dexon. He walked up to the railing, looked up and used the Force to spring himself up. Dexon was nowhere in sight, so Jag reached out with the Force to feel for his Force signature, he found it inside of an apartment building and headed over for it. Jag knocked on the door and waited for a responce*

*He walks over to the door and presses a button, putting his hands on Jag's shoulders and patting him lightly on the cheek.*

"You did good kid... That is probably the same way I would have handled something, which is why I am not allowed in the Jedi right now. I do however want my family to live on with the Jedi... Would you like me to teach a power now?"

[Lu Kane]

*Jag looks at Dex's hand on his shoulder and the touch on his cheek and frowns*

"I'm sure the Jedi wouldn't take me either, but yea, some training would be nice"

"Since you already seem to know enough about the normal force, I will bring you into the relatively unknown. The unified force. It was tought to me by the Dark Lord, Adena Qel-Droma, back when I was a Jedi Master. It is very complex, are you ready for it?"

[Lu Kane]

*Jag looks him directly in the eyes, the dull green of his seeming to twinkle a bit*

"I'm ready for anything..."

"These force powers are very unique, very strong as well, and require more force power than any other, with the exception of possibly Crush. They give a very strenuous pressure on your mind and on your muscles, and can only be done once every now and then. THe first one I will teach you is the force fly technique, probably very usefull for someone who cant see. You have to make yourself feel weightless by shifting your weight away from yourself, and enhancing the speed of the force particles around you, causing them to lift you."

[Lu Kane]

*Jag cocks an eyebrow*

"Imagining myself weightless is simple, i see the Force as my sight, so using it in any fashion with my body is seemingly easy, but i've never tried flying"

"There is more to this that I never fully understood, but you have to have a connection with someone else in order to complete this. Nobody else is here, so you are gonna need me."

"Well alright then, show me what to do"
