Landing on Bespin, Hoping to meet the Mancers

A Green TA Heavy Interceptor exited hyperspace near Bespin, this message was being trasmitted from it:

"This is General Pairo Jolon of the Trade Alliance. I have been sent by my leader to speak with one of your officers about a mutually beneficial agreement. May I have permission to land?"

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

"You have been granted clearance. We will provide an escort."

*Two small fighters flank the Trade Alliance ship as it heads for a vacant landing pad.*

*Anakin stands in the lot, his white belt swaying in the wind. A golden-green aurora swirls around him, emmiting a faint glow around the lot. He crosses his arms on his chest, as he awaits the new arrival*

General Pairo Jolon lands his interceptor and exits the vehicle. He approaches Anakin Lishto, "Good day sir, I come on behalf of the Trade Alliance to discusss an Idea that would be mutually beneficial to our causes."

*the great spirit of Brutalidon hovers above the plateau where Anakin and the unknown figure stand. He is unsure of the name of the second man, though listens with intent at the conversation below...*

As Pairo continues to advance, he continues to speak, "I have been sent to negotiate a deal in which in echange for money, technology, or other resources, the Trade Alliance is allowed to establish a gas mining operation on this world, with a minimal security pressece."

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

A small creature walks out.

Negotiations, you seek, yes. But the Mancers, what is it that they recieve, hmm?

*I come out of hyperspace...

"What do the mancer's wish?" Asked Pairo, "The Trade Alliance would be more then willing to provide you with money, technology, or other resources you wish that we can provide."

You are granted permission. Dock in sector-5x2j.

*Two fighters come up beside vipers, and begins to guide him towards the dockingbay in the specific sector*

*The mancer lord guides pairo to a meeting room, where they both sit down. Anakin leans back in his chair, and rubs his chin; thinking*

"You want gas resource operations for the TA here, but little supervision...... If i do let you use gas resources, you will be under heavy supervision........ Hmmmmm... What do the mancers need......."

"Just to clear up one thing," replied Pairo, "By a minimal security preence, I meant we of the TA have a minimum sized force here at our mining operation."

[Senior Master Al'Kan]

"I realize that, but these are rough times, General. There will be a security presence, but they will only take actions for defense of the TA, if the TA proposes a threat, or odd happenings take place. They will not get in your way........."

*Anakin then gets out of his chair, and rubs his chin thinking. He paces around the room, and looks out a window, looking at his wonderful city. He then twists his position, facing pairo*

"You can use the gas resources in sector-h4|2k. Do not install too many armed troops in there though, we will take it as a threat unless you have permission from myself. I am sorry again, but these are some odd times in the galaxy.. In return for the mancers letting you use some resources, I believe we would like two legions of the Stap+Stap droid mark IIs, and 5000 credits. 2500 for myself, and 2500 for Boli, the head mancer. One legion of those droids will be under my command, the other boli. You will also be required to check in every week, and we will have officials check for any problems in the sector. Ok?"

"I belive your proposal shall be acceptable, Let me get to the comm link on my interceptor to contact Keanu to verify that these terms are acceptable," replied Pairo as he began to move back towards his interceptor, and activates the comm link.

Pairo returned to Anakin with two credit chips in his hand, "The Trade Alliance accepts your proposal. Here are the Credit Chips as promised, and I have allready arranged the transport of the STAP MKII Legions. I wish for permission to have construction of the tation to begin immediately. It has been a pleasure to do business with the Mancers."
