[Lu Kane]

*Kane reached inside his robes and pulled out his hilt*

"Yes... I made it long ago, my father taught me how to use it"

[Jedi Master Arlon Kyjar]

"Interesting... Can you tell me who your father was, maybe I knew him..."

[Lu Kane]

"His name was Zalos Kane, you've probably never heard of him, he never left our home planet. Then it was destroyed, my father died protecting me, and I barely made it out"

[Jedi Master Arlon Kyjar]

"Then he is a good man. I have always wondered if my father died the way they told me he did, but I have always thought it was for the best if I believed it. How well can you use that lightsaber?"

[Lu Kane]

*Kane cocked a half crooked smile*

"Pretty damn well I'm told..."

*He ignited the red-gold blade with a snap-hiss, spinning it around in a display of brilliant fiery colour*

"You can move it, good, but can you get into the various lightsaber forms?"

[Lu Kane]

"I was taught only one form, my father invented it... It's called Kenzu, or "Leaping Tiger". There are a lot of acrobatic and martial arts in this form, not only with a lightsaber. You could say that it is a state of mind, a place you enter only in battle"

[Jedi Master Arlon Kyjar]

"That is all well and good, but techniques like that is not what wins a fight, should you ever encounter one. It is the basics you need to know, only using those advanced forms when you are much higher in skill than your opponent."

"Are you going to teach me these basics?"
