Luna waits outside the Jedi Council chambers. She holds her royal staff and taps it on the floor as she waits to be called in.

Patience is a virtue, her mother had always told her that. She would wait here for as long as she must. She began to fiddle with the hanging jewels on her royal staff.

Time was wearing thin and Luna had to return to Empress Teta for the reception. She left a holo recording with the receptionist. When activated it shows her standing with her staff in hand. She curtsies slightly and speaks softly.
Venerable Masters of the Jedi Order. Greetings. I am Princess Luna Darkstar, heir to the throne of Empress Teta. I wish to invite you to a reception at the orbital station of my home world. No reply is neccessary. We are expecting many delegates from the Republic Senate, what is a few more guests, eh?
She smiles and curtsies once more as the holo fades away.

After the Royal Reception, Luna returns to the Jedi Temple and waits for an audience with the council.

Jedi Masters and Council get your act together! Luna is waiting for you guys and her patience, along with mine, is wearing thin. You are going to loose a good would be Jedi here if you're not careful.

Luna walks through the doors and stands before the Jedi Masters present. She curtsies and smiles, her Royal Staff in her right hand.
Greetings venerable Jedi Masters. I am Princess Luna Darkstar. My parents have sent me here in hopes that I may join the Jedi Order.

Nor-Lek’s eyebrow raises, clearly as an attempt to cover an otherwise clear glare of astonishment. “A Jedi? You wish to become a Jedi? I’m sorry Miss. Darkstar, is it? But you are far to old to become a Jedi.”

Princess Darkstar, yes. This is understood. However, as part of my upbringing I have been trained in the fundamental Jedi techniques. I am an accomplished saber-master and I have mastered the basic powers. My family is strong with the Force, but my parents did were not able to become members of the Order, so they wish me to become one. And before you say that I should follow my own path and not one that my parents want, this is also my decision.
