"Republic officials today announced that Alderaan is now under quarrentine. An outbreak of a virulent plague has exploded across the world's population centers. While the death toll of this disease is small, limited to the old, infirm and the very young, the disease confounds medical personel on the ground and remains a mystery. It is believed an explosion at the Alderaan down port a week ago had something to do with the dispersion of the plague virus. Back to you Phil"
