Weapon of Choice: Roland is very in tune with the force and therefore uses it as much as possible. if he must engage in physical combat, he uses a single lightsaber which has an elongated hilt, which allows for better stability and control with the blows Roland makes.
Biography: Roland's Parents were killed when he was born, so he knows nothing of his past.
he lived on onderon in Iziz for most of his life where he learned that he had special "powers" that the other children did not possess... he became angry with himself and frustrated... as the children thought he was strange and unusual... but when he was 9, he was taken in by the jedi and trained with the highest jedi masters...
When roland grew to the age of 23, he was assigned to the outer rim after a series of attacks on Nar Shadda. the attacks were masterminded by a Hutt by the name of Kaba who had been engaged in a battle with the Hutt Crime Lord Ghrebba. the Hutts, who had been engaged in a clan war over land on Nal Hutta, and a large crime hutt controled crime syndicate. The two giants had clashed many times, but Ghrebba had decided that the battles had gone on for long enough... he had ordered 5 men, who were disgruntled members of the Coruscant PD, to pick up a shipment of weapons that would be used to destroy the Bank of coruscant while Kaba would be withdrawing a large sum of credits from his deposit (he was required to be present because of the sum of the money he had requested.). Ghrebba would simply give the order and the bank would blow sky high and take Kaba out with it.
Roland's role in all of this was to Negotiate the surrender of the hutts to each other and persuade them to solve their matters with words, rather than violence, but the hutts didnt go for the jedi's spiel. they attacked him on both sides and he escaped, only to find himself at the mercy of the bounty hunter Era Nu, a Twi'lek bounty hunter who hated the jedi. roland was forced to submit to her and was put into a hutt prison on a small moon of Nal Hutta. for near half a year he was beaten and abused by the Hutt's minions, until he escaped during a riot. he lost his lightsaber in the siege and so went on weaponless...
His omvestigations led him to onderon where he wandered the jungle for days until he came upon the ruins of an ancient city, and among the ruins, he found a lightsaber hilt....
the lighsaber hilt was beautiful, immaculent. He found that it was very light, crafted by an ancient and powerful hand, there were engravings in the sides that resembled those in the jedi temple.
When Roland tried to activate the weapon, it's crystal disentigrated, mening it must have been ancient, at least 100 years old... roland traveled the jungles for another year, living on what he could find, until he could finish the construction of his new lightsaber. he soon found a crystal cave that harnessed the force in a way he had felt only once before, in the crystal caves where he found the focusing crystal for his original lightsaber. he chose a green crystal, and then fitted it into his lightsaber. after a few modifications, he had created the perfect blade.
Roland traveled to iziz where he took a shuttle back to Nar Shadda where he confronted the Hutts one final time. after a large battle, he was cast out of nar shadda, but he had obtained the information he needed... he had found out the location of the exchange, a small space station not far from Nal hutta... he soon found a suitable ship, (an original jedi starfighter that had been modified for racing) and strives to get to the station in time...
Roland confronted the men in a cantina and sized the weapons, he now plans to return to coruscant to report his findings...
