Strength: Ultio is small and weak. He has very little skill when it comes to physical combat.
Dexterity: Ultio is very slow and cannot run at all. He is also unable to walk very well without the assistance of his walking cane.
Constitution: Ultio's species are known to live a very long time. Though fairly old among his people Ultio is still in good health.
Intelligence: Ultio has a very cunning mind and can outsmart and manipulate people with ease. He is far above the average being in terms of intelligence.
Wisdom: Ultio's greatest attribute is his seemingly infinate wisdom. Nobody is above learning from Ultio.
Charisma: Ultio is fairly charsmatic relies less on charisma and more on blackmail and bribes to get his way.

Ultio has been biding his time for the past 75 years. Moving between cities and regarded as nothing more then a wanderer Ultio goes unnoticed as always, ready to move to the next phase of his plan.
Ultio was once a powerful Sith Lord whom ruled a Sith Acadamy. He trained many high-ranking Sith in his time and was a well-known historian and force-specialist. Before long his apprentices became impatiant and eager for power. They took over the acadamy and cast Ultio out. Barely managing to escape with his life Ultio fled to Korriban where he could study the teachings of the Dark Lords Of The Sith.
Five hundred years later Ultio was able to leave for Tatooine which was beyond the reach of any political struggles and wars. He managed to manipulate a local crime boss which allowed him to secretly control many things on Tatooine and granted him protection.
When he was a Sith Ulitio very rarely used his lightsaber. Some believed he only carried it as a symbol of his identity as a Sith. His lightsaber was taken and destroyed when he was overthrown to mark his defeat. Since then Ultio never showed any desire to build another. Ultio was never on par with most other swordsmen at the time but though combining lightsaber combat with force jumps and other force powers Ultio was quite deadly.
Ultio's next objective is to find a master whom can help him unlock his lost powers, his further plans are known only to him.
