I hope Lucas Arts doesnt plan to do it in house. The game would be dreadful if that happens

Maybe Black Isle Studios could do it but they mostly do D&D type games like Baldur's Gate and Torment. I suppose if they use the KOTOR 2 engine they could pull it off but it would definately be a step down from Bioware and Obsidian thats for sure.
