I just think its because microsoft rushed it all way too much lol... they had the prototype, 4 months later had the finished product, WAY too fast from what i can see, your absolutely right on the money dude  |

I'm getting it next week....It's already sold out in the entire province of Quebec. But most of the games besides Call of Duty 2 and Oblivion looks crappy. Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion is amazing! It was voted best game at E3! *Tsk tsk* This game is going to be crazy and I can't get it, cause I'm flat broke. My parents MIGHT get me it, but they want to torture me and wait till Christmas Day (US Eastern Time). I will be patient. At $400, I will be very respectful. It is a bit of a rip off, though. Anyway, I went to EB games and was able to play Peter Jackson's King Kong for the 360. Pure amazing. Realistic weather effects, and that goddamn scary T-rex. Back on Topic. No I don't have it, but I want it. |

lol fear not, i remember when the first Xbox was released... March 14th 2002... People complained about their DVD's getting scratched... Microsoft fixed that, they will fix this.

Exactly. I keep saying, "Don't get launch models." Oh and for those of you thinking about getting the PS3, I would REALLY wait until getting one. If some of the stories I have heard about the overheating problems with the Dev Kits are true i would wait because it sounds like the PS3 is gonna have the same problems the PS2 had at its launch.

It would be even more pointless and stupid in buying a $600 xbox 360 and having it crash and not even do anything about it.
But some things will take longer than just four months to fix.. How many people have gotten the xbox power cord that you could order for free and replace it with the original because the originals were sometimes catching on fire?
It took them years to find that problem out and to start sending out the power cords..

Mine has been working fine
Sony's will suck no doubt with the bugs, there were SOOOOOO many problems with the PS2, many of them ( such as the lazer cutting disks in half) sony refused to fix saying it was not their fault ( don't see how it wasent)
ooh, I guess Sony is in MAJOR leagle trouble too, all the CD's they released in the past three years are uber loaded with spyware just incase someone played it on there computer, it uploaded
