Factions are a driving force. A symbol of different collectives. Without Factions, there would be no Sith. So Factions are good.
I can see why you do not want Factions because they take alot away from Sith. From what I have also heard is that the Sith of days past were more prone to betrayal. That is also a large Strike against your "Organization".
In other words, Until the Sith can reunify themselves to damage the bigger Enemy; They will not gain from more Factions.

Look at groups like the Ebon Claws, or the Dematri, and such, they do things that are just as, if not more important than the sith have as late..it is a big galaxy afterall
