Ok maybe its the fever that had this idea, but im positive i found the solution to the ranking problem. and since i feel so genious im gonna do this in a scientific way with intro ductions and all of that.
and so, we each brought up ideas on how to make the ranking system. the problem to the ideas that werent retarded i.e jetzt's start at level 5 and work up idea (just teasin ya jetzt, friendly pokes ), was that someone would complain about their level/rank.
and so after playing and leveling up in kotor II, it came to me! EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER HERE has strengths AND weaknesses. and so i wanted the system to include all of these. and so i came up with this.
we select categories which to rank such as, but not limited to; strength, speed, dexterity, intellegence, tactical abilty, Dueling, Ect.
rank what the character has in each category out of 10. The Average number, will be that person's determening rank.
here, I will demonstrate with Test subject, Bob
Strenght: 2
speed: 8
dexterity: 9
intellegence: 6
tactical abilty: 1
dueling: 1
force abilty: 4
TOTAL RANK: 4.43 (i say go to two decimals in case people have similar ranks)
also somthing else that wuld reflect your rank, would be your position in your faction.
than if we really want, each range of number could represent on rank, but that is getting off the subject.
