Oh yeah, do a study up on Google yourself... I'm yet to find ANY reference to the 'Magnaguard staff' that Kain was talking about... (Only Mangnaguard Droids)

Edit once more: Taking a look into Electrostaff I finally found something on the Star Wars Databank:

A powered quarterstaff wielded by General Grievous and his bodyguard droids, the electrostaff is an impenetrable pole-arm charged with lethal energy. They are especially effective against clone troopers, sending a deadly jolt through their protective armor. These two-handed weapons are resistant to lightsaber attacks.

That was from 'The Movies' Section. Now from the 'Expanded Universe':

Built by Baktoid Armor Workshop, these electrostaffs are constructed of costly phrik alloy and equipped with electromagnetic pulse-generating tips. Certain types of staff are capable of neutralizing ray shields, but the standard staff serves primarily as a melee weapon, meting out fatal blunt-force injuries in the hands of its powerful wielders.

Given to General Grievous' MagnaGuards as their weapon of choice, the electrostaff is a dangerous object in the hands of a proficient wielder. I doubt it, Kain called it a 'Magna staff' (Searched that up, came up with some cooperation), Invid called it a 'Magnagaurd Staff' but I'll call it a shiny staff untill you can give me a proper name
I know Kain isn't logged on right now but I wouldn't mind his proof of such a weapon existing; to all we know he is just making it up and saying the Lucas made it...

The Staffs are where the EMP armor originated. Kain thinks they deflect all energy. I'm questioning his view of the staff...

Here's an idea. Have yer daddy drive you to the store, and read the book. Is that an option> You are the one doubting me. So you prove me wrong. I am done defending myself against yer silly attacks. So run and do the dishes or wash yer daddies car or something so he can take you to the mall. Find the book I mentioned above and go read it.

No really Kain, I doubt my Dad would take me down for a drive to Sydney (3 hour drive) just to look at a book that I don't even know exists or where to look. But also, what you said was both offenive and domening. Every time I show a good point, you shoot it down with some imaginary proof that I've yet to see.

Could you say it again with that books name, what you told me doesn't seem to even show up on Google (Even when I expand the tittle to Tecnolagy )

Is the book written by some guys called 'Wizards' because they don't even mention your Mangastaff, only an Electrostaff (Along with the DnD stats of some other famous guys ^-^ Click here to see

Ok once and for all.

It is the book called Revenge of the Sith tech or whatever. I grabbed it from the store and sat down read it.

It shows a pic of EMP bands running the length of the stafff. It also says that make it able to withstand lightsaber attacks. So the bands stop lightsabers. What more do you need? Me to buy the book and ship it to you?

Blasters and lightsaber are both energy attacks. So they are one ond the same.

Blasters don't get their attack from the exact same source (As they use a type of gas while lightsabers use a crystals to focus the attack) nor do they have a connection with the electronic device (While lightsabers do)
(EM messess around with electronic devices, not energy itself otherwise the neucular bomb would be usless)

Well for a start a nuclear bomb relies on the fact the anything that the emp does stop is gonna get blown up any! And secondly what does it matter where a blaster bolt came from? Thats like saying that my touch with a battery wont be affected by an emp but my lamp plugged into the mains will!
