Hey Shadow, I thought I would share an experience with you that I had a couple of years ago. A buddy and I were camping on an island (it was a canoe trip close to Algonquin Park) and as we were standing there looking at the sky I noticed a small flash less than a second. (SuperShadow: Satellite? Venus? Swamp gas? Ball lightning? Firecracker? Airplane?)
It was bright blue and I know it wasn't a satellite because there was nothing to follow. (SuperShadow: What? I don’t understand.) Plus lights from satellites aren't normally blue, I'm guessing anyways. (SuperShadow: Hmmm.) Here's the freaky part though, shortly after that I noticed something moving across the sky. It was a triangular shape and it was really far away, definitely not within our atmosphere that's for sure. (SuperShadow: Creepy cool.)
But my buddy saw it too, once I pointed it out. And we stood there for a good five minutes just watching its path. (SuperShadow: Rage on.) Here's the really weird part though, whenever it went over a star, the star would disappear until the mass had moved away! (SuperShadow: Sounds totally wicked.) It's amazing the stuff you can see when you're away from civilization. (SuperShadow: Tell me about it.)
