I just got a copy of "The essential guide the star wars characters" via amazon.com and in there it states that he uses lightning. He calls it "electric justice".
He can also call fog around him and command the elements like the earth. Very powerful jedi

Almsot all of the senior jedi have special powers that only they use. For instance Plo Koon can use force push without facing his target, which is very kick ass.
