Paying Job

[Aradan Ather]

Aradan flinched slightly, but pain was nothing new to him. In a split-second, one of Aradan's knives were protruding from an officer's skull. Spinning in a blind fury, Aradan rammed his other blade into the chest plate of another officer. With swift skill, Aradan spun into the air and landed his steel-plated boot into yet another officer.

This was going slightly to slow for Aradan, and his pistols were out in a mere split-second, blasting at a insane rate.

*The lead officer crouched behind his speeder as he saw the three other oficers go down. He activated the comm on his wrist band and called for backup.*
"Don't be a fool! There's more forces on the way!"

[Athos Iskari]

*Tayhon lifted up his arms, revealing his arm blades as the sun glinted off of them. He ran forward and jumped at one officer as he flicked his arm blades forward to the officers chest.*

*The blade hit the officer squarely and Tayhon turned to kick another officer in the gut as the other one fell down. Dead*

Aradan glanced at the newcomer for a slight moment but concentrated as he blasted another officer in the chest.

I'd better get paid more for this Aradan thought as he picked off yet another officer.

He knew he couldn't stick around for long, but he didn't know if the newcomer was so bright. This was one of the few-thousand reasons he worked alone.

In a swift motion, Aradan changed one pistol for a knife and slammed it into a nearby officer's weapon. Bullseye, the knife had went into the weapon's coolant, soon the plasma would overheat and create an explosion. Aradan quickly moved away, not knowing nor caring if the other got his drift.

*Tayhon brought his blade up to slash the officer's throat, as he did he saw the stick his knife into the officer's weapon and he knew an explosion would soon come. Tayhon flicked his blades back and then jumped away from the officer and rolled away from the blast radius as he landed.*

[Masuko / Luna]

*The lead officer looked at his blaster and his face dropped as he realised what would happen next. He had no time to throw the gun away.
"Son of a...."
The explosion also set off an explosion of the speederbike he was next to. Both explosions took out the walkway they were on and several innocents that had gathered to watch the fighting.*

Aradan was blown backwards, smashing into the side of a parked speeder. He groaned as he got to his feet but smiled slightly to see the smoldering remains of the walkway.

He had bought time, but not much, soon the rein....

Sirens in the distance were heard. Aradan cursed and hotwired the speeder that he was next to, it rumbled to a start.

"Get in!" Aradan shouted to the stranger.

*Tayhon got up from the ground and ran over to the speeder and hopped in, he decided to hold off on the conversation until they were out of here*

[Masuko / Luna]

*The reinforcements arrived just in time to see the blast and the two assailents jumping into the speeder. Some of the officers stopped to help the wounded and secure the scene but five speeders made the chase.*

The speeder shot into the sky, diving into the most busy of traffic.

"You'd better not get car-sick." Aradan said before making a ridiculously insane swerve in and out of traffic.

"You have any grenades?" he said without looking at the stranger, plummeting into a dive.

[Masuko / Luna]

*The police speeders followed the assailant at high speed, their sirens blaring. One of them got seperated from the pack but remained in view.*

*I open up my cloak and take out a thermal detanator, I nod to the man and click the button. It shoots off a radiant red light and I toss it at the speeders pursuing us, hoping for it to land in one of them and cause a chain reaction*

In synchonized measure, Remer took out his blaster and slightly turning, he shot at a passing speeder's manuveur controls and passed it quickly, knowing that it would probably spin out of control.

[Masuko / Luna]

*The grenade bounces off the front of the lead speeder and flies into the compartment of the next one. There is scrambling and then an explosion. The rest of the pack veer aay in time but continue the chase as the one that got seperated rejoins the now four pack*

"Throw another." Aradan snapped, this time he had another idea in mind

Aradan aimed his pistol back, ready to shoot the detonator before it neared the pack, hopefully it would give them enough cover to get away.
