*at the same time a droid walked around that same part of nar shadda using its special heat sensors and increased vision to scan the persons walking around that same street. He took out his heavy blaster and held it near his leg ready to fire and kill*

*Xin found the parts she was looking for and began to bargin with the dealer for a decent price. She wasn't taking much notice of what was happening around her, she needed her wits about her when dealing with this scum.*

Meanwhile, Rayz casually strolled toward the shipyard where his small ship was docked. He could not get the woman from the bar off his mind. Rayz himself was quite proficent in sensing his surroundings and his skill with a blaster, and he was quite sure of his skills because he had never seen anyone who possessed anywhere near his skills... Not until he met Xin. And he could not shake the memory of the strange glow in her eyes, a glow that reflected a great deal of concentration and strength, but it also vaguely expressed a deeply hidden fear. Of what or whom this fear was based on, Rayz had absolutely no idea, and at the moment, he really didn't want to know. He had enough problems of his own. As he strode in to the doorway to the Xanda hangar where his ship was docked, he suddenly thought to himself that maybe this was not the best place to come after the incident in the cantina. Standing near the entrance to his ship was an entire gang of Gamorrean thugs, each of which seemed anxious for a fight. "We already know your reputation with a blaster," said the leader, "but I think that will do you little good against all of us. Either come quietly and let us collect the bounty on your head, or we'll have to remove that head from your body. Butar cares little whether you are delivered dead or alive." Rayz showed a sly grin. He lived for this kind of action, and it had been a while since he had been able to experience the adrenaline rush that he was getting at that moment. Of course, he had never faced down this many opponents at one time before, either. He thought to himself, "Well, there are two ways out of this, dead or alive, but if they're going to collect the bounty on my dead body, I am sure as hell going to take a handful of them with me." Rayz took a deep breath, collected his thoughts, and quickly drew his blaster...

*Xin looked at the droid. She lowered her hands in a non-threatening way.* Who sent you? *She spoke calmly. She had encountered these droids before and she knew that as long as you stayed calm and non-threatening you could live just that little longer.*

Back in the hangar, Rayz quickly drew his blaster and fired two shots, taking out the two Gamorreans who were standing in the point position in the group. He quickly rolled behind a nearby cargo container expecting to be pinned beneath a barrage of blasterfire... To his surprise, the hangar remained completely quiet. Then finally, a voice spoke out from behind another stack of cargo containers on the opposite side of the room, "That's not a very nice way to treat an old partner, Rayz" Rayz immediately recognized the voice of his partner, an ambitious Twilek who to his knowledge didn't even have a name, in the last job against Butar. Rayz had decided in the middle of the job that a partner wasn't really necessary, and had left him to take the heat while Rayz made off with the credits. The presence of the Gamorreans made a little more sense to him now though, as they rarely act with a specific goal by themselves. And this Twilek was just the type of person to "borrow" 10 of them to earn a tidy profit. "What the hell are you doing here," asked Rayz? "I'd have figured that your head would mounted on Butar's wall by now!" The Twilek responded, "He was actually quite impressed when I told him that I tried to stop you. For some reason," he chuckled, "Butar is quite interested in having me finish the job, and I believe that he'd like to see YOUR head mounted on his wall." "You won't make it out of here alive, you know," yelled Rayz! "I let you live before out of respect, but you've crossed the line now!" "I'm afraid you're mistaken, Rayz. Unless I've miscounted, you're outnumbered 8-1, and not even you can get out of this alive," the Twilek replied. "Of course, I wouldn't want to put myself in any danger though, because I have plans for the bounty that I'll be getting after you're dead. Instead, I think I'll just have my friends here take care of things for me," the Twilek said as he chuckled from behind the storage container. "Have it your way," said Rayz, as he rolled out from behind the container firing his blaster and hitting two more of the Gamorreans squarely in the chest. As they fell lifeless to the floor, the Twilek yelled, "KILL HIM!" And Rayz was surrounded by a barrage of blaster bolts. He knew he had to act quickly if he was to be true to his word and deprive his former partner of his life...

*Jon headed over to a cantina, then heard rather loud voices coming from another landing pad. Jon decided to see what this was about, so he went toward the landing pad. He saw 2 people backs turned to him, weapons ready against 8 others, facing him. Jon sprang toward the 2 people, and brought out his vibroswords*

Amid the ensuing flurry of blaster bolts, Rayz noticed the two who had joined the company in the hangar; one of whom appeared to wished to assist him, and one who appeared to want to help the Twilek to bring an early end to his existence. Rayz quickly fired another volley of blaster shots toward the clan of Gamorreans and dove for cover behind yet another stack of storage containers in the hangar bay. The armored vandal with the crimson eyes followed suit to shelter behind the storage containers as an apparent smuggler with vibroswords had apparently joined in the effort to bring Rayz's life to a dramatic conclusion. As the remaining Gamorreans tried to regroup, and the fellow with the vibrosword tried to gain a more strategic position, Rayz showed a sly grin and asked the vandal with the visor, "So, do you come here looking for trouble often, or did this ruckus just look like a spot of fun for you?"

OOC: Hello all! New to the site. it said it was Open, so I decided to post. Feel free to post to my charcater or somthing. Not not shun me away now! lol.
Jacen walked in, hair draped over his face as he glared through the opening of his dreadlocks at the other patrons. The hilt of his lightsaber that was in the grasp of his hand returned to his belt where he clipped it on. He held his left ribcage where he bared a wound of a Vibro-blade. He had finally finished off the Blackout Clan on Nar Shaddaa. The Blackouts were one of the lower, yet stronger clans of Nar Shaddaa. Jacen had been trying to finish them off for the past week.
He slightly limped as he made his way over to a near by table that happen to be close to a Human female and an Iridonian male. Being the curious one he was, he could not help but over hear the conversation. Perhaps it could give him more clues for his task.
He sat here, moving his body in the dark corner until the shadows consumed his body in the darkness. There he waited and watched the others. His eyelids had begun to become heavy, his breathing slowing down. He was tired, and exhausted.

* I prop up my blaster rifle in a crevice and start to fire rapidly at the regrouping Gamorreans they would have to make a mad dash over here but then again who would be stupid enough to try to come over here then i remembered Gamorreans are the most stupid race*

He grinned as he looked over at the other thugs. “Never ends on this pathetic planet.” There wasn’t much incentive for him to start up another fight. By the looks of it some of the trigger-happy morons would do the job anyways. He just sat there and watched. He then looked over at the droid and glared at it. He pulled his lightsaber hilt off his belt incase. He didn’t have mush love for any type of droid.

*The very fact that Radmila had set foot upon Nar Shaddaa again sent chills throughout her blue tinted skin. Her body was still bruised from the encounter with the krayt, but she was still more steady on her feet. Not many places would let her dance with these wounds still healing. All that was left to make money off of was her womanly skills and bounty hunting. Telos bounties weren't high paying and even fewer that moved around....not to mention her brother started getting himself into trouble...again with the blackmarket there. They barely escaped TSF scrutiny. She walked in and sat at a table crossing her long legs. It felt good to be free of her brother again. Like her, he knew life only on Nar Shaddaa. At least here she had "friends" who could keep a close eye on him.*
"I need a drink" she uttered to herself.

*Vassur crouched on old transceiver antennae that topped the spire of one of Nar Shaddaa's older towers. It swayed beneath him but it offered no challenge to remain seated. He stared down at the vertical city beneath him with a mixture of loathing and curiosity. Once he thought the port of his homeworld as a bustling city too much for his senses to handle, so many new scents, so many new ripples to filter out, but now he knew it was little more than a village with a hangar. Places like Coruscant were almost enough to put him into a coma. They grated on his nerves but even now he knew that he had to master them. He would never see the True Path if he could not filter out all the background static. Nar Shaddaa was easy now, he could weed out most of it with little effort but it still bothered him. He could feel Mila moving, he knew the location of her Brother as well. The Force She called it. He knew of the Jedi and their ways, the libraries of home had much on them, The First Ones were clear on their strenghts, their weaknesses and their ultimate failure. Perhaps they hold a key to the Path. That would mean going to Coruscant. The very thought of it sent a shiver through him causing the antennae to sway. Would they even bother to speak to him? They were so distracted or so it seemed according to the reports he read about in the news feeds. No doubt they would try to 'convert' him, He would resist, they would try to force him and then there would be blood. He would no doubt die which would not do well. Their swords of light would not be like blocking blaster bolts. He would need something to even the battlefield. He frowned at the thought of a weapon. It too grated on his sensibilities. There would be no way around it. To even consider meeting with a Jedi he would have to have a weapon capable of countering those sabers... With a sigh he leapt from the antennae and started a free fall. Two heartbeats and he twisted grabbing an old support beam spinning to the side. Another heart beat later he rebounded from the solid wall of the tower and sprang away to clear the balcony below. He snagged a mangled droid recharger prod and spun around it like a gymnast before springing outward and spinning to the next protrusion. Down and down he went, like some mutated spring beetle falling with style that'd impress anyone if there had been anyone watch. Eventually his feet slammed into the walkway with a thud. The door of the cantina in which 'Mila sat hissed open and he entered.*
