If you want a higher rank then your going to challenge somebody of a higher rank, beat them and the report to me.
If you kill them then you automatically get their rank, but if you just beat them then I'll look at the fight and tell you.

But thats lame everyone of a higher rank is all like aww your weak i can beat you and then they will argue if somthing happens...it doesnt matter to me though i have no mandalorian characters
