There are no credits in shops, nor are there shops. It's basically just to say "I have credits", but credits are handed out ONLY by the Staff.

To be honest every member on this site comes here to RP, not to earn credits. If someone wants to be a bounty hunter then they become a bounty hunter for the fun of it.
When I said "If someone wants to buy something, they have to RP for it" That still stands and it includes bounty hunters.

They are pretty much like badges of honor. Usually the more credits you have, it should reflect your activity on the site. Thus if you were a bounty hunter and your running total of earnings from all your bounties is a high number you could usually command more respect from fellow bounty hunters as well as command higher prices for jobs. Its all about the respect.
