Well it might not be a big idea or an important one might be nice to add it you pay like 500 credits rent (each week or each month) and you can live in it. appartments are like 250 each month or week and the one who owns it gets it but must pay 500 each week (or month) to keep his building up. might be a small fun idea.
How to get an apparment/house.
A) you build one (rp)
B) you buy one from (ugh how do you call those persons i dunno in english) and pay them 2000/10000 (more if its bigger ofcourse) credits
Ideas
If you own an appartment you must say:
1) how many rooms you have and maybe a size of each room (1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 Kitchen. or if its a big room then 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. and so on so on)
2) where it is located (coruscant, nar shadda, Telos)
3) How much rent you are gonna have to pay.
If you own a house (and rent it)
1) How big is it (and by size i mean bedrooms and whatnot)
2) how much rent you are gonna have to pay (it has to be higher than appartment rates)
3) where it is located
That is the basic idea. its not a important idea but just a fun addy
And you can talk to poeple. its easier to talk to them this way since
a) no interupptions from poeple (like in the cantina)
b) you dont have to make an rp to talk to people (if you want to them quietly) and whatnot
