Weeeee, my first suggestion.
Well I'll just cut straight to the chase. Instead of Character Profiles, we should have Character applications. Character apps would include a sample rp post at the end of their bio, showing how good their RPing skill was. After this is posted then the staff would look over it, and judge the sample rp based on a certain expectation. The staff member could accept or reject the application according to it's grammer, discription and what not. Of course, if rejected a member could always modify their app to make it better, hoping to pass the standards.
If this were done, a lot of problems with bad RPers would dissapear. You would have a better RPing enviorment and there wouldn't be as many complaints about that god-modder or the other immortal.

Good idea even though I started this because i tend to god mod most time without knowing until proof reading but this suggestion is good apart from the fact that people can learn When I joined I was a full loaded god mod but I am still learing how to RP
