There sould be like a thing when somone makes a profile, they have to have an avatar. Like an official avatar request thread. All people who join get a pm that says, "Request an avatar".

Exactly my point. An avatar is supposed to describe somones character, show who they might look like. I mean, if every newb used an angry anakin pic... well... you get the picture.
