I think there should be a waiting period before you post. I can't even count the number of times I've had to make really short and stupid posts, just to catch up and stay with everyone!

Here is an idea, instead of actually having to wait any amount of time, when in RP Wait your turn,its rather simple really. But when it comes to OOC, well I would have to say, that its all random that way anyway, so it doesnt matter

I do wait my turn but a lot of times, people just post and don't bother to wait their turns, screwing everything up for me!
