History: He was born on Onderon and had an interest in Tricks and stunts make-up, animatronics and special effects since early childhood. When he became an adult, he moved to Corlelia and became an actor. His abilities and special effects were so accurate, that the Republic contacted him and he accepted their offer. Around this time, he began to work with the Republic spies.
Personality: Octopus can speak over 10 languages including Spanish, German, French, and Polynesian. When Octopus is assigned to impersonate someone, he does a background check of the individual, including the persons habits, their home country's culture and history.
Octopus can walk in any manner he pleases by dislocating his joints, allowing him to also slip through narrow spaces. His sense of touch can be manipulated, enabling him to grip very hot or cold items. His metabolism also changes when disguised, which forces him to constantly use steroids. When on an extended mission, he will even use the person's blood, as well as receive a bone-marrow transplant. However, the consequences of these missions are severe to his mental health, as he nearly completely forgets who he actually is (becomes just like the subject he personificates). He always asks the military for thorough mental de-programming after a mission is completed.
Bio: Little is known other than this man knew a jedi called Master.D. he sevred with a groped called Foxhound, Master.D also joined under the named Major Ocelot. Decoy is rumoured to be a shapeshifter.
