Sabre’s ship landed contrastingly neatly on the dirt. It was the exact spot he had landed last time he had met with Kyra.

*She walked out of the hutt in her black leather outfit that revealed her upper thigh before her long legs disappeared in her black boots. The black cloak billowed out behind her as she smirked at him.*
"Ahh. Sabre. What brings you to my doorstep again? Is this about Celestia or is there something else you came for?"
*She raised her eyebrow at him and put her hands on her slender hips.*

Sabre’s expression was less lost and insidious than it had been before. He had shaved and he was looking in good shape. He wore new black leather robes with a long black overcoat. His hand were held steady at his side, hidden beneath the endless folds and creases of his wide sleeves. “Its over Kyra,” he said, his voice cleaner and less raspy than before.

*She smirked and raised one eyebrow at his comment as she stepped towards him a little more. He had clearly straightened himself out since last they spoke. Selae was curious just what he meant by it's over. As she approached him, she took a finger and trailed it down his black robes. She could feel his muscles beneath it and remembered the last time they were together. Oh yes, Sabre was quite the catch.*
"Well, yes, Kyra is over. She's gone. Yet, I feel that this isn't what you meant. What is over, Sabre? Us? Don't tell me you preferred that little bore to me."

Sabre didn’t say a word for a moment, weighing up a good answer and ignoring her attempts to trap him again. He no longer found these ploys tempting, perhaps on a human basis he would have, but his essence was now ignorant to this. “No, I believe that bore got little more than warning from me. As to what is over, I think you can guess the answer to that, you always were good at second guessing me weren’t you?” He said, staring down at her slightly, still keeping a complexion of still harmony. He wasn’t sure what she meant when she said Kyra was gone, is it possible she had shed her wicked skin for one more so, his purpose here was becoming more and more clear.”

*She stepped back from him and put her hands behind her back as her smirk broke out into a smile. He thought he was the one in control here. She would let him think that. Selae turned her back to him and walked away a little but raised her voice so he could hear it.*
"Not second guessing. It was always a matter of trust, Sabre. You never were one to trust. Even the Jedi saw that. Running to the Sith to try to bring them down. Yet, such was a dangerous game. One doesn't enter the ranks of the sith without coming back marked from the experience."
*She speaks almost loviingly about her experience with them.*
"The power...the rush of killing someone and feeling their lifeblood drain out over you. Their pitiful pleas for mercy knowing it wouldn't come. The power their begging gives you and the freedom of their teachings. THESE were things the Jedi can't control or handle....even your precious Kyra. It was why she never could fully return to you. Her spirit was forever marred."
*She turns around to face him with that same smile.*
"Just as your spirit is marred. I know you are working for the Jedi and Republic now...."

“You know a lot about darkness I see, it seems almost ironic that the only reason you didn’t come back to the light was because Kain wouldn’t allow you too. Were you marred then or just not trusted?” He said walking around her slightly, an intense stare drifting over her, his eyes showing the distinct look of weariness. “Talking of Kain, I’ve been speaking with him recently, he’s opened my eyes to some… mistakes.”

"No, Sabre. I was coming back only to bring them down. Kyra wouldn't be able to be that perfect Jedi Master you once remembered. Her past was too tainted and her spirit too troubled. It is one reason I am here now. As for Kain, he was a fool. The words of wisdom he may impart should be thrown into the sand. You'd be better to listen to the old teachings of Adena."
*She never took her eyes off of him but followed him as he walked around her. He was up to something.*

“Is that so,” Sabre said, his feet gliding easily between the thumps of his footsteps. “You’ve always thought you know the darkness, been there, done that...” he said dryly, “truth is you’ve never even touched it, you brushed it aside, see all know all, but you never knew it. You’re nothing more than a theatrical villain, runs with the plot, playing a role, nothing more, nothing less.”

*She couldn't help but laugh at his comment. Selae was thoroughly enjoying this whole conversation.*
"Is that so? Hmm. I could prove you wrong, but you have always been a man of an iron will. No words I say will prove anything to you."
*She tilts her head to the side and taps her bottom lip as she smiles and utters her next words wondering what response they might illicit.*
"I suppose you know more of the darkness?"

“I never said that…” his voice trailing off slightly, revealing the creases of his accent. The truth was that he did no more of the darkness, he had felt it perfectly, perfect despair. He wasn’t about to reveal his thoughts to someone who he hated so much though, let alone try to commence in verbal warfare. He had come here to do one thing, to end her miserable existence and put to rest his demons, and their creator. For deep inside he knew it was her fault, the reason he had left the Jedi, the reason he had failed Kain, all the blame rested solely on her shoulders, and in his naivety he had not seen it before, but that was about to change.

"Such anger and hatred in you. I can feel it through my very veins. You want to strike me down don't you...yes..."
*She chuckles a low laugh and continues to watch him move..watching every little movement of his body as it expressed his feelings. Selae licked her lips as if enjoying the sensation coming from him...his hatred for her.*
"Poor poor lost one. Once a jedi and now nothing. I know what you want. Do you honestly think by killing me you will end your torment? You will do the opposite. Like a disease, it will take over your body more. It was how things were meant to be, Sabre."

“Perhaps, but what have I got to lose?” he said calmly, obviously not faltering. Nothing she said was going to get her out of this one, she would fight or die, nothing in between, it was to late for that.

*She smiled at him and nodded her head.*
"Very well then. Let's see what you have then."
*Quickly, her two blue lightsabers are brought into her grip as she ignited them and swung them inward towards his middle.*
