*Selae sat in the meeting room of her hideout speaking with a young male. He was the rugged type and looked barely 15 years old. Adorned on his dirty frame was an utility belt with various gadgets and whatnots. The two were speaking over hushed tones as she explained something to him in detal. The look on her face was deadly serious and the boy seemed to understand the consequences of not listening. Finally, she stood and handed him a datapad and some small device. The boy bowed to her and left the room walking right by Raviel as he entered. Her icy blue eyes raised up and a smile came to her lips.*
"Ah, Raviel. You're just in time....I have another job for you...."
*The suggestion in her voice was clear that it was strictly business. Business coming out of Selae's mouth usually meant tons of trouble and mayheim.*

*Selae had done wonders with Raviel in certain aspects, his tendency to be lenient on his opponents had been replaced with a more agressive streak. It hadn't harmed his skill at subterfuge or infilitration as of yet so he found it over all to be a benefit. Upon entering the room and hearing her words Raviel smiled. He took one knee and bowed his head to her*
"What is thy bidding my Master?"

*She moves to stand before him and smiled at his obediance. He had come far in his training. No other apprentice had pleased her as much as this one. Turning on her heels, she moved past him to where her back was to him.*
"You're to go to Obra-skai and infiltrate the grounds. Use whatever means necessary to get inside. THEN, I want you to act like you are spying....act not do. I could care less what these Ebonclaws have planned. What you should be focused on is being caught. I want you to tell General Barzai of what has happened to his precious Kyra."
*She chuckled a little as she moved towards him again and lifted his chin up to face her.*
"Embellish all you wish. He must come to the hutt on the Ankus system. I'll accept no failure there. Indeed he'll have a lovely surprise waiting for hijm."
*She chuckles and claps her hands in front of her clearly pleased with herself. Once Arael had received the message of the ill treatment her mother received and her being close to death, she would have to investigate immediately. When she did, Barzai will be there to demand her answers....and Arael....oh Arael would have the worst night of her life.*

*He nodded his head thinking over her words. Infiltrating would be difficult getting caught however grated at his professionalism. A good spy never gets caught. Although to sew misinformation and more importantly see that giant fool Barzai led into the worst night of his life did have its merits. He would take the beating Barzai would deliver to him for no other reason then he could.*
"As you command, My master. After Barzai is on his way what would you have me do?"

"You claim to have been practicing Arael. Here's your chance. You shall return to Onderon and infiltrate the Jedi. Turn them against the Ebonclaws and each other. I want total confusion there. The Sith are weakened more than they should be and I won't have it....not yet at least. The Jedi will NOT rise. Understand, Raviel? You are to leave immediately. Contact me on our secure channel when Barzai has left. You MUST get to Onderon as well. No Jedi must follow her to Ankus. Do not fail me in this Raviel or I can assure you it will be worse than anything Barzai could ever do to you."

*Raviel smiled at both the threat and her words. The threat meant this was important to her plans. Raviel worked better under pressure. Her words were what he'd been waiting for since that night on Onderon when Arael betrayed her mother.*
"Of course Master." he spoke with a voice eerily identical to Arael's, down to the faint accent she'd picked up and the authoritative tone. "I will be a most dutiful Daughter and see that the Jedi are in paranoid shambles unable to make a decision for fear of the Deceitful Lirreka has lead them to it."
*He bowed once more and rose to be on his way, he had to get in then get caught THEN get out. It would be a great challenge for him and he relished it.*

*She turned back to the table sitting down and taking her glass of fine wine sipping it and savoring it. Leaning back in the chair, her smile grew as she began to chuckle and then laugh out loud. Soon Arael would be taken care of and she would have her saber back from Sable. Two birds killed with one stone. Hers was the waiting game.*
***********MEANWHILE ON NEM'VAAR***************
*Arael's comlink goes off interrupting the precious moment of quiet she had after leaving Damien. She had been on her way back to her ship for sleep before leaving for the war. It was from the secure channel which meant trouble in the palace. She pulled out and activated the holoprojector in her hand. The form she saw was that of Sgt Sargin. He didn't sound all too happy either.*
"Your Majesty, you must return at once to Onderon."
"What is it, Sargeant?"
"It's concerning Kyra and a claim that has been presented. It's best if you come and hear this for yourself."
*She didn't say anything for a moment as she considered the consequences of both. Arael did have to admit she hadn't felt right ever since Lirreka had been found in that closet. If Kyra had escaped....*
"I'm on my way, Sgt."
*She deactivated the holoprojector and hastened her steps towards the ship. Surely Damien would forgive her tardiness to the battle. He probably would even be pleased by it.*

*During that passing time Raviel managed to arrive on Obroa-Skai. The Rodian freighter was in sore need of repairs and the Ebonclaw shipyards was the only safe place to go thanks to this war. Raviel exited the ship, in a Rodian disguise. It was amazing what little tidbits of information could do in the right hands. Raviel knew that the scanners the Ebonclaws used always flagged any Rodian as being a poisonous toxin. Their blood was a toxin to most insects but harmless to everyone else. So the scanners were turned off when a Rodian crew came in. Thus he slipped passed security. He had a few things to set up before he got caught so as soon as possible the extra Rodian crewman vanished and a svelte trim Danthir technician sashayed down the hall looking busy so she was left alone.*

*************TIME PASSES FOR TRAVEL************The ship of the queen set down upon the landing pad and guards and the very figure of Sgt. Sargin himself was standing there. As she stepped out of the ship, he moved towards her and bowed. Arael looked down at him and motioned for him to rise looking him in the eyes. She could tell when he was lying and she had to be sure of what was going on.*
"What is it, Sgt? What is this claim about my mother?"
*He looked pained as he responded to her.*
"It's probably best if you come and speak to the informant. He's waiting inside your private study. I figured it best if the news was kept low key."
*She nods her head once and looks down.* "Does anyone else know of this person's message?"
*Her eyes raise up again to look into his own. It was written in his face already.*
"Only the council members. They aren't pleased with the information and recommend a meeting at once."
"I want to talk to this informant first. I will deal with the council later."
*He quickly bows.* "Of course, your highness."
*Seeing his compliance, she begins to walk inside the palace followed by Sgt. Sargin and that of the guard. Arael could feel her heart pounding as she feared the worst. She didn't like how Sgt. Sargin wasn't telling her more. Yet, she knew the utmost importance of keeping any problems about the former queen hush hush. They proceeded down the hallway to the room where the informant was being held. When the door opened, the boy dropped an object from his hands and quickly bowed to the queen.*

-Aboard the Shipyard- *Raviel in his guise moved around the station carefully arranging things for his eventual escape. An hour passed before he was done. Knowing they would review tapes to see what he'd done Raviel changed disguises. This time another male. He set about sneaking into their bioworks facility knowing just how to get caught without looking like he was trying to get caught*

*Her blue eyes went from his face to the object that had been dropped to the floor. It was an expensive artifact dating back to the time before Nadd came to Onderon.*
"Why you little...."
The boy flenched at seeing the Sargeant move towards him and quickly fell to his knees before Arael pleading.*
"Please, forgive me, your highness. I was only looking at it. I wasn't going to steal it."
*Arael already had arm out to hold back Sgt. Sargin as she looked down at the boy again.*
"I believe you."
*He looked relieved and began to kiss her hand in adoration saying thank you over and over again. He knew the punishment for stealing, though it wasn't that which scared him. The boy was no fool. He was playing his part perfectly.*
"I was told that you had something to share about Kyra Maans."
*His face changed quickly to that of sadness as he began to recount the story. He put so much emotion into his words and was very graphic in his descriptions of how her guards had beaten and even tried to rape Kyra before leaving her in exile.*
*Arael's face had the expression of horror as he told these events. If such deeds did happen, she would see her men punished for it. Swallowing, she spoke to him wanting more. There was something about him that wasn't sitting well in her stomach. Arael had learned to listen to her intuition since it was often the Force speaking to her.*
"And how were you witness to these events?"

*The sound of alarms going off, the echoing retort of modified blaster fire. The snap-hiss of a lightsabre. These things suddenly filled the halls just outside the Bioworks. The lone figure fought well and nearly escaped before the lockdown team managed to neutralize his force powers. After that he fell quickly. General Barzai was summoned from his base and soon the burly Danthiri marched along the halls of the Shipyard to the holding cell. He took the report by the Security chief and read it as he entered the cell. Looking up from the pad he couldn't help but smile, Raviel didn't look nearly as pretty as he once did. The cuts and bruises probably came after his capture but Barzai didn't care. The spineless little worm deserved worse.*
"So you can be caught. It's nice to know our security is formitable. Now what were you going to steal?"
*Raviel smirked at the general and spit out a mouthful of blood.*
"I needed Mezzoplasts." He answered.
"You don't look like you have internal injuries so why would you need those or are you selling our technology to the highest bidder now?"
"It isn't any of your business anymore is it, General?" Raviel hissed firing off his most withering glare.
"Meaning it was my business at sometime? You're slipping Raviel, no doubt it's all this time among the round-ears, it's made you lazy. The Matron will be pleased to have you in custody."
*Raviel surged forward obviously angry but the restraints held him down*
"The Matron can rot in the pits of Abbadon for what she did to-" He stopped himself then continued " For how she treated me. Do your worst Guarddog, you can't hurt me."
*Barzai glared at Raviel, he was hiding something. The datapad crumbled in his fist*
"What aren't you telling me Raviel? You're hiding something." He leaned on the table as he glared at Raviel. "Tell me now."
*Raviel sneered at Barzai*
"Go to hell Half-breed and take your whore of a Matron with you."
*Barzai was a blur of action, the table seperating them was slapped aside deforming into and against the wall, the next heartbeat a fist slammed into Raviel's stomach lifting him four feet of the floor as he slammed back into the wall, the chair beneath him shattering. His cry of pain resounded in the small room but he never got a chance to hit the floor, Barzai's massive hand clutched Raviel's tunic and held him up to Barzai's eye-level. He pressed his face close to the smaller mans and growled through grinding teeth*
"The next words out of your mouth will be what I want to know Raviel or you won't enjoy the alternative."
*Raviel shuddered, the pain was agonizing but he managed to speak.*
"Kyra! the Mezzoplast was for her. Arael exiled her to one of the moons in the Ankus system. The thugs Arael had take her there beat her up, they nearly killed her! I was trying to get the Mezzoplast to help her!"
*Barzai slammed him into the wall hard enough to rattle teeth*
"NO!" He slammed the smaller man into the corner "Arael would never do that to her own mother! You're Lying!" Barzai slammed him against the wall again.
"I'm not! I wish I was!! Damnit why would I lie about what could be so easily proven?? Damnit She's suffering let me go so I can go help her!"
*The concern, the fear in his voice sounded genuine but Barzai growled at him and tossed him into the far wall before walking over to pick him up again.*
"No! you're going nowhere slug. You're going to stay right here while I go to Ankus and see for myself, and if you're lying to me I will cut strips of your flesh and feed them to the Matron's Vornskr then let them gnaw on your screaming remains!" At last Barzai let Raiviel go. The bleeding and broken man slid to the floor in obvious agony. Barzai left the room and looked at the security personel.
"He is to stay in that room and no one is allowed to visit him do you understand?" The Danthiri bobbed their heads and saluted the General.
*Barzai all but ran through the halls, he couldn't believe Arael would do that to her mother, he hoped Raviel was wrong. Arael isn't like that... That's more of what Lirreka might do. That thought brought a chill to Barzai, Arael would do anything for Lirreka, anything to win favor in her eyes. He knew what could be done under such a condition. He knew all too well. This fear put more speed into his stride as he rushed to his ship.*

"I...I didn't mean to stow away on the ship. My mother works in the kitchen...we've needed extra money to pay my father's medical bills and to get him treatment. We are a proud family and wouldn't ask for any handouts. She wouldn't ask for a raise and wouldn't let me talk to the chef. I figured a few items from the freighters would help line our pockets a little with credits. I didn't mean any harm about it. When the ship took off, I snuck around trying to figure out what was happening. It was then that I saw her being ravished in the cargo hold. I wanted to act. Trust me, your highness I wanted to act, but I couldn't. I am no match for your armored guards. Forgive me...forgive me."
*Arael looked up for a moment as righteous anger filled her body. Men who serve in the military have been known to get lonely and attack helpless women before....especially in high stress situations...several women of Onderon had reported and filed abuse charges after the civil war. If this story was true, she would personally see them castrated for their acts against the former queen. Yet, Arael wanted to see Kyra for herself. Selae was a sith and if she had control, she would think of any means to get off the Ankus moon. She didn't know if it was a trap, but she couldn't risk losing her mother over her suspicions. Turning to Arias she gave her command.*
"See to it that this man is rewarded for his help. Have my ship readied. I'm going to Ankus....alone."
*The boy smiled at this but quickly held it. He was being paid very well...very well indeed by by Selae and Arael. He hoped he could be of service again soon. He was escorted away by a couple of guards.*
"Your highness, you can't go alone. What if it's a trap?"
"And what? Risk my men driving Kyra more insane if these allegations are true? No. I can handle her myself. If she truly has been injured she needs medical help immediately."
"I can't allow it, your highness. She's too much of a risk for you to go alone. You are queen of Onderon. If something were to happen to you......" *he pauses for a moment.* "If you'll refuse any of the guards, then take me with you. Kyra trusts me or did. Let me see to the safety of you both."
*She didn't like it, but she knew he was right. With two persons there, it would be hard for Kyra to make an escape. If she was injured, she would need more than one person to aid her also. She had seen Sgt Sargin's skills after battle and how he was a good soldier. She trusted his council. Reluctantly, she agrees.*
"We leave within the hour...and make sure you have plenty of medical supplies with you."
*He bows to her and leaves the room.*
*Arael doesn't bother to tell any of her staff she is leaving. She grabs a few items in her pack and quickly heads towards her awaiting ship.*
****************MEANWHILE*****************
*Selae sits in the hutt wearing the same robes she had worn when she was brought to Ankus....yet they were different now. Blood stained and ripped to shreds, they barely covered her body. Her hair was unkempt and her face and body appeared to have many bruises and cuts. One would think she had been severely beaten. If her illusion held, none would be the wiser.*

*In the interrogation chamber Raviel chuckled where he lay. Barzai was so predictable off the battle field. Rolling over to where he first spit when the general came into the room he wiped his shoulder through the spittle and pushed out the small activator. Now his preperations would come into play. He managed to get it back into his mouth and activate the spliced in datapad. The security system for the entire station was running four minutes slow. This gave him a small window to get things rolling. Over the security intercom came the voice of the General*
"This is the General, have the prisoner in the Interrogation room moved to the Brig, Maximum Security. See that he has no visitors until I return, that is all."
*Raviel prepared that before hand. Unbeknownst to the security staff the General was on his way to Ankus. The security officers came in and hauled the seemingly unconscious Raviel up and carried him to the lift. As it went down, Raviel triggered the second part of his master escape plan. A faint hiss of gass entering the car went unnoticed by the guards until it was too late. The fast acting gas (To which Raviel took the antidote) put them into a hypnotic state almost immediately. Raviel was quick to make use of this state. Mimicking the Matron's voice he gave them orders.*
"This is the Matron, you two are now on a special assignment. You will see that Raviel gets to launch bay three-seventeen. Until you hear from me and me alone you will not speak of helping him to anyone. When the General returns you will tell him that Raviel died from the beating he took and to keep anyone from finding out you dumped his body into the reclaimator. This is your Matron and you are oath bound to serve her."
"Yes Matron we hear and obey!" They responded and quickly untied him. Taking one of their datapads he quickly blanketed the cameras to hide his departure. Soon he was in the bay and sent the guards to see to his ships launch. The Onderon style fighter was perfect and what was in the duffle bag in it would let him waltz right into the palace. Who would try to stop Queen Arael afterall? His pains were mullfied by his laughter, yes it was going well.
**** MEANWHILE **** Barzai was in hyperspace on his way to Ankus.

**************TIME PASSES****************
*The Onderonian vessel landed upon the moon and Arael was quick to leave the ship while Arias saw to shutting the systems down. She immediately ran to the hutt and stopped short as she saw Kyra lying on the bed gasping for air as if every breath was causing her great pain.*
"Mother?"
*She cautiously stepped towards Kyra.*
*He came as quickly as he could knowing Arael shouldn't be left alone. He also stopped short and went slowly towards Kyra bending down on one knee.* "Oh, your highness...I am sorry...so sorry."
*Her voice was scratchy as she struggled to look at them through her swollen eye.* "Get away from me...both of you...this is your fault."
