Couscant Apartment (Ixgil, open)

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

*Ixgil sat in his apartment, sketching several small drawings. His knack for starship design hadn't been picked up yet, but he was sure someone was bound to show interest, he was in the centre of the galaxy, after all. The Duros kept thinking things over in his head...one bad shot with his rifle...I don't even like rifles!... and he was kicked off Nar Shaddaa for killing a family member. So much for the close-knitted Zhugs.*

"Yes, yes. Blaster cannon there, make big boom, cover weak point well, yes..."

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

*Continuing his work, Ixgil set his pen down as he walked to the other side of his small apartment, five paces away, washing his filthy hands in a greenish water basin.*

"Life for Ixgil boring. Credits...hmm...Sithy like ships. Maybe Sithy buy Ixgil's drawings?"

*With that, he picked up a small holoprojector and stepped outside, walking to the turbolifts. He entered, punching in the level for the airspeeder bay, and waited for the doors to close.*

*Qixil had just been out on an airspeeder ride around Coruscant, and got his fill of excitement, bringing it back to dock in his appartment building. He jumps out of his airspeeder and grabs his important things, lightsaber and the like, and heads over to the lift, pressing the button and waiting for it to come down.*

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

*As the lift doors opened, the poor quarren was bowled over by a grey blur. Holoprojectors and papers went everywhere. A Duros lay sprawled across the floor. Shaking his head, the Duros quickly began gathering up his possessions, gibbering apologies all the way. He'd picked up all of his papaers again, except one, a gold rimmed paper that seemed to have had more work done on it then the rest of the clean white sheets. Qixil immediately reached his arm out for the paper...*

*Qixil looks at the golden sheet with a hint of curiosity, obviously not knowing what it is. He now wonders whether to give it back to the Duros, or keep it for himself. Only problem is, he doesnt know what it is yet.*

"Excuse me sir..."

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

*The Duros immediately looks over, his red eyes brightening at the sight of both a lightsaber and some interest in what he was doing. That was enough for him.*

"Yes, Yes, D-14. Very nice design! You buy it?"

[Jedi Master Arlon Kyjar]

*This would be the time where Qixil would raise an eyebrow, if he had one. Instead, his tentacles moved a bit. He didnt think his lightsaber was visible, but oh well.*

"Sure... How much?"

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

*If it was thought possible, Ixgil's excitement increased even more, stumblin over his words in excitement.*

"D-12...uhh...14, M-wing, she is good, yes, yes? Make many kabooms with D-14, yes! Design expensive, Ixgil need all creditos can get, but ship - cheap! Quick making and reliable yes! But no fly through canyon or over lake, no, no, no! You make big kaboom without any help if you fly in tight corner, yes...KABOOM! Creditos, they are many, yes, yes...Creditos are in the number of thirty with three zeroes after, yes?"

*Those damn Duros cant speak Basic to save their lives!*

"Umm.... Well, I'll give you 50,000 credits for that fine ship of yours. Sounds like a lot of firepower. Is that good enough?"

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

*Ixgil's red eyes widened slightly*

"Creditos of...fifty thousand? Ixgil accepts. Ixgil thinks you find good shipmaker, he make you lots of D-14's, yes? Then you be making not many friends with Jedi, no. Killing lots of Republicos and Jedis with this you could be..."

[Jedi Master Arlon Kyjar]

"Umm... Yes, that is exactly what I want to do. I hate all those slimey Jedi weasels and their Republic whimp friends... Yes, kill them...

*Qixil looks both ways and holds out the credits to the Duros. He didnt seem very smart, and wouldnt expect Qixil to be a Jedi.*

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

"Yes, yes, you powerful Sithy, yes, yes. Ixgil no wanna anger Sithies, no...Ixgil no like being kaboomed..hehe... Ixgil be wanting those credits now."

*Ixgil reached out to grab the credits, thinking of how rich he would be after the sellign of more designs.*

[Jedi Master Arlon Kyjar]

"Thank you... This will be good for killing those filth that call themselves Jedi... Anything else you have to sell?"

*Qixil knew this was his chance to get as much as he could to help out the Republic.*

[Devlen Del-Arshu]

"Uh...Ixgil has more if you wanna see? You wanna see, you come to my apartment, yes? Make big contracts in Ixgils apartment, yes, yes? Ixgil room 4A on floor 318, you come soon, Ixgil must go get ready, yes?

[Jedi Master Arlon Kyjar]

"OK, I'll be there in a few minutes..."

*Qixil turns around and heads for the lift, pressing the button to go up to floor 318.*
