SECTION I General RP [/u]
A. RolePlay is to be the main activity on this site.
B. When out of character (OOC), include two parentheses )) at the end of your statement to specify. In OCC Boards these are not needed.
C. All profane and vular Langauge will not be tolerated. If you use it: Sensor it. Remember in the Star wars Universe different kinds of Profane langaguage are used. So keep your Profanities to a minimum. If it gets bad then we will sensor it. You are, however allowed to curse in Huttese.
D. Remember when you start a thread make sure you establish a sense of beginning. Describe your Surroundings. Trees, People (NPCs), and buildings. This will help keep most things clear.
F. You should try to keep out of character (OOC) to a minimum on the RP boards. (Note: If you want to talk out of Character to someone, do so on the OOC Boards or through PM. Or, off the boards completely.)
G. Respect eveyone; You are to show respect to all. All moderators and admins are to be shown respect. Repeated offense will result in you being banned from this RPG.
H. No Challenges that the Loser will be Banned. (Note: It is the Admins and Global Moderators Job to do the banning here. Not you guys.)

Section II: Character Creation[/b]
A. Your Character is not a god. He is a mortal being. If he loses his hand it will not grow back. You cannot dodge every attack. You CANNOT instantly kill people. If your try this, I will ban you.
B. When making a character's profile, be sure to include a detailed profile. A simple profile is not enough.
Example of a good Profile (Thanks to Xandan for letting me use it):
Real Name: Xandan Sevan Age: unknown Legal Status: A Citzen with the Republic, he was wanted by Sith Forces for crimes against The Sith Empire. Speices: Human/Humaniod(Unclear which Spieces) Homeworld: Tatooine Aliases: (Currently) The Legend,(former) The Warrior, (former)The d**ned, (former)The Lost Place of Birth: Coruscant Marital Status: Widowed Known Relatives: Shanna (wife, deceased), Children (names unknown.) Group Affliations: The Jedi Order and Old Republic, (Former) Askani Engineering Corparation, and Sith Empire Base of Operations: Dantooine Jedi Traing Parxeum. History: Born on Coruscant during the days of the Old Republic Xandan Sevan was a noble fearless warrior who fought against the Sith Empire. After 30 years with the Order, Sevan retired and married shortly after settling on a remote planet on the Outer Rim. He worked with Askani Engineering Corparation (AEC, This corparation was bought out years later) and designed weapons and other item. It was speculated however, That the Sith sent assassins to do away with him and his family. They managed to kill his wife and his children vanished. Not much is known of the incident for Sevan rarely talked about his past.
He then was reported to have shown up years later still practicing the force and fighting Sith again. This time as a Master. He went to Coruscant and took up two Padawans, the human Caris Kan and Twilek Garto Fortin. He trained them both until Caris's Trial. Caris had successfully completed the task of the Trial, however Sevan gave him only last question. He answered wrong and Sevan failed the young Padawan. Caris, in a rage, attacked his master. Sevan fought off Caris, until he escaped to join Exar Kun and his "New Golden Age of the Sith".
After the fall of Exar Kun, Sevan fought Caris Kan and Garto Fortin, now calling themselves Darth X and Darth Kar'Tak. Sevan defeated them both, crippling Kan in the process.
Several years later, Sevan was called by the High Council of Coruscant to watch the Outer Rim and the Mandalorian movement there. Sevan helped several worlds fight against the Mandalorian invaders until he was captured in battle after losing his leg. He became a prisoner of war for Several years and was subject to Mandalorain tortures. He was badly scared and had lost one eye by the time the Jedi Revan freeded him. Under Revan , he worked until the finally battle of the war on Malachor IV.
60 years after he was summoned by the Jedi council to help another Jedi master restablish the Council on Dantooine. Luke Kirby, the other master, requested that he would join him on the council. Sevan excepted and was joined by another aging Jedi, Yoda.
After his days as a council member was over Sevan himself became attached to a new ideal. He started in well meaning but, was turned ulitmately to the darkside. His years there were few as he himself defied the Sith and beheaded the last Sith Lord.
Although Sevan destoried the last Lord, His dark servants attacked and overwelmed him. He died at the hands of hundreds of Dark Jedi. His body vanished and he became one with the Force.
Height: 6'8 Weight: 250 pounds Eyes: Blue (Left Eye Silver) Hair: White/Gray
Strength Level: Sevan's left arm is bionic and has increased level of strength. He can lift (Press) up to 1 ton of weight with it before it would buckle.Other than that minor modification, Sevan possessed the normal human strength of a man of his age, height, and build who engages in intense regular exercise. Known Force Powers: Unknown Appearance: Sevan was an old looking Jedi. His face was adorned with trimendous scars. His body has been marked with these as well. His left eye is missing and replaced by a bionic one. His left arm and right leg we also bionic. He was known to wear an etravagant garment or multi-layered tan Robes.
Example of a Bad:
Name: Bob skywalker
Likes fishing and killing things. Has lots of force good at it. If he from Dantooine. He run there and was. He grew with brother Rob. They train force well. He have big Lightsaber with many things that are. Have Bob many money. Bob good at RP so he have ulimate death killer and anti-die spary. Bob good.
See the difference?
C. Your character cannot start with a hudge amount of weapons and armor. If you want something ask me. If not keep it simple.
D. Jedi and Sith are the only ones able to carry lightsabers without losing a limb. Until you are instructed by a Jedi, You cannot use one. I will make exceptions if you ask me.
E. Cortisis is not cheap, Until you become a high ranking Bounty Hunter, Republic Officer, or other high position; You only get Cortisis woven swords.
F. All kinds of Ships are welcome. Since little is know of Ships during this period and little information is avalible, You have free reign in choosing your vessel. The only restriction is you cannot have anything bigger than a Capitol Ship. They are for high ranking officers and higher ranking faction members.

III Fighting and Dueling
A. If you are killed in a fight, you cannot claim that you were a hologram, clone, illusion, apparition, or robot unless specified before the fight begins. You must inform your opponent of any of those circumstances prior to beginning the fight. No one likes a moder!(Note: If you discuss this with someone afterword and they OK it, then you may return.)
B. Any attack must be able to be countered. That's right... you can't just come in and completely kill someone here or destroy a shipyard there if it belongs to someone else. Give them a chance to defend it. (Thats right Cheezers! Also remember Cheezing is best left to Cheezers. So If you Cheeze, Cheeze with another Cheezer.)
C. If your are going to destory a Shipyard, Don't just show up with your fleet and say "BOB flys in and destroys the shipyard". Description is needed: See Section I, Rule D.
D. If the character killed is "one with the Force," (A Jedi Master, Sith Master) the character can return in the form of a wraith or apparition, but will not be able to physically harm any living character.
F. Generally, if you are wounded by a lightsaber or other weapon such as a Katana or Vibroblade your opponent should specify beforehand whether the blow would be fatal or not (if it isn't obvious). If there is a disagreement on the matter, it will be settled by a member of the management.
G. If you are wounded by a blaster, it is generally not fatal unless from a range of 5 feet or less (though that would probably hurt enough to put you out of the fight). Obviously though, if you're shot in the head, you don't stand much of a chance. Try to dodge or counter it best you can.
H. If you are a Force user, Keep in mind your ability and Skill Level. Someone who is a Jedi Master can use more Force related abilities, and can prolong the use. While a Jedi Hopeful is restricted to only a few uses of an ability.
I. You cannot destory planets and entire systems. The most damage allowed is major bombardment of a planet's surface. You may only destory a planet with adminastrative consent.
I. Look to the Dueling Rules Section for futher help with dueling or fighting.

SECTION IV The Force
A. Characters who use the Force must undergo further training from that of a Mentor. If your "uncle", "Brother", or there was this "old man" who trained you in the force you are limited to 3 Basic force abilities. Why? You cannot control the force correctly until a proper Master has taught you. Whether that Master is Jedi or Sith it doesn't matter.
B. Your lightsaber must be constructed. If it is a hand-me-down most people who have or use lightsabers took years to master them. The likely hood of your character to have mastered let-alone learned to use a lightsaber is Slim-to-none. If you come to train at the Academy you must inform or PM one of the Council that you have obtained a lightsaber from your "father' or by other means. If you continue to use a lightsaber with out permission, You will be subject to Ban after 24 hours since your original post with the Lightsaber mentioned in it.
C. All Force powers shall be obtained from the listings that are provided for you in the Dark side or Lightside Section. If you have a problem bring it up with managment.
D. If your character is not of the Jedi class or has recieved no training by the Masters here at the order, You are not able to use the force. If you do, it can and will be ignored.
E. The Force is the greatest power in the Galaxy. This will never be questioned.
F. To Use a Force related Power, You must post your learning and Understanding of it. Just using "Force Fireball" while an Apprentice and not posting a Detailed post makes these abilities Ignoreable. Your character must post mulitiple posts suggesting this. Just Posting "Bob learned Force Fly!" will not work. Like I said detail! If not a Moderator will modify you of this. Remember this is Star Wars NOT Pokemon.
G. Some powers and abilities are Ristricted to class/ Rank. Once we have listed these Power/Ablitiy restrictions, You must obey them. Even If it means elimiating Powers from your Powers stated in your Bio.
H. All Powers and abilities must be entered in your Characters Bio. That means unless stated they may be Ignored, or your posts may be modified. Remember, Unless you've been instructed by someone of a higher class, You cannot have the power/ability. The only time you can instruct yourself in an ability is when a Master allows you to study something alone.
I. Just because your a Jedi or Sith, Does not mean you are invincible. When in combat take hits when you know it is Fair. This will get you the Administrations respect. So keep it Fair.
J. You cannot use a Force power that causes massive destruction to a wide radius, cause massive property damage, or kill hundreds (or more) people, even if they are all NPC's. Don't know what an NPC is? Well I'm not going to waste another rule on a definition like above, so ask a manager.
K. I don't care who you are or how long you've been in RP, you cannot use the Force to destroy a planet, alter its weather in a destructive power, or, again, use it to kill hundreds (or more) people. Remember, this applies even if the whole friggen planet is NPC!
L. You cannot use Force-grip against a non-Force user. This also applies to other Force powers that cannot be countered by a non-Force user, however, practically all of the regular Force powers are still available to use to your content, including Force-push, Force-pull, Force-lightning, and many others. Generally, this only applies if the attack is intended to be instantly fatal to the target.
M. Please, for everyone's sake, don't make up your own Force power. In order for a Force power to be valid in the RP, it must be featured on the Force Power Section.

SECTION IV The Classes/ Rank System
A. Everyone starts at the order with the Rank "Republic Citizen". Eventually we may construct a Civilain class. Inwhich everyone would start.
B. All classes maybe obtained only by the rank system. If you are given a certain rank it is because Management has decided you are worthy, or have completed the tasks that you needed to to obtain it.
C. Currently here at the order the Ranking system is limited to these class groups:
JEDI CLASSES[/u] Jedi Council Member Jedi Master Jedi Knight Jedi Padawan Jedi Apprentice Jedi Outcast
SITH CLASSES[/u] Dark Lord of the Sith Sith Lord Sith Master Sith Apprentice Sith Assassin Sith Marauder
OTHER FACTIONS[/u] PM me and ill tell you
These ranks will be expanded on with time. If you want to see a new class or group contact a moderator and we shall discuss it further.
D. If you ask for a class you will not recieve it. So don't ask.
E. Follow the Ristrictions of a Class. This must be done. If this is ignored, You may lose your Rank.
F. If you want a class not listed here or is unrankable, just ask. We will give it to you. Although it will not have its own sybol or rank until we are able to add it.
G. Asking For a Special Rank (Ex: Jedi Guardian, Rogue Jedi Knight, Fearless Hunter...etc.) are allowed.

SECTION IV Fleets and Militaries
A. All fleets must be applied for, generally with the consent of the Republic (but not necessarily!) you must PM me to be approved or declined by the management. This also applies to any forces that are sold by an organization to someone else. If an organization wants to sell forces to someone else, either the organization or the customer has to request the forces being sold.
B. Fleet and military should be limited to small numbers, and gradually built up over time.You may request a more troops when: you aquire more territory, become affilied with a planet, or if you win a battle. Once this has happened ask one of the Managers, We will process your request and add more to your forces. Keep in mind that armies should indeed be small, and fleets in general should be small as well.
C. Personal ships such as individual Sith Infiltrators, Jedi Starfighters, and others are allowed for individual use without consultation or apply. However, in a fight, you cannot attack someone on the ground with, say, 50 proton torpedoes from a starfighter. How is that going to be countered? Eh? Personal ships are just that, small, personal ships - not massive Star Destroyers or space stations.
D. No one can possess a superweapon of any kind, including (but not limited to) Death Stars (even though there were only two) Superlasers (unless they are ground-based) Sun Crushers, Galaxy Guns, Darksabers, and any others. Still though, large-scale explosive devices can be used if you want something to go BOOM!
E. No one can completely destroy or cause massive destruction on a planet. The extent of the damage caused to a planet, generally by orbital bombardment, would be the destruction of someone's facilities, if that is what you're after. Occasional shelling of civilian population centers is allowed, as long as it is cleared with the management. Finally, absolutely no Base Delta Zero operations or anything similar to it. On to the next rule then...
F. Base Delta Zero - Base Delta Zero is the Imperial Codename for what is often referred to as "burning off" a world. As described in the Imperial sourcebook, "it is the systematic complete destruction of all 'assets' of production, including factories, arable land, mines, fisheries, and all sentient beings and droids." This operations has been referred to as reducing "a civilized world to slag," reducing "a planet's surface to smoking debris in a matter of hours," and "the Imperial code order to destroy all population centres and resources, including industry, natural resources and cities." The timeframe is known to be less than a day, although it is not known how much less.
G. Keep fleets and militaries reasonable. This is a period when the Republic has a navy that supposedly is far larger and far stronger than most others. In fact, most other fleets don't even exist, but then again we're pretty lenient on it. Remember that the group is based primarily on first person roleplay, not fleet and military combat. Thus, if you absolutely have to have a military, keep it small and hardly use it.

SECTION VII Corporate Rules [/u]
A. All corporations allied with the Republic must publicly abide by the legislation, will, and restriction of the Senate. However, if you're trying to disobey the Republic, then go ahead. However, remember the ramafications of your actions.
B. No corporation or organization can take over other existing corporations or organizations without the approval of the management. Overall, don't bet on this happening.
C. No corporation can just run around claiming every trade route in the galaxy. The Republic's influence technically extends everywhere, so you'd better ask before you try that.

SECTION VIII: Factions and Cults
A. If you want to open your own faction of cult, PM me and explain it and its purposes. If approved, You will be given some restrictions and the abitity to build troops.
B. If your Cult orginates on a planet, You must ask before you attack its current rulers or fight for control.
C. If your Faction is based off of something already created in Star Wars, Ask if you can have it. (EX: Mandalorains, etc.)
