Guards begin to clear the scene in the storage room and fan back out across the docks after figuring it might have just been a diversion. As they rush the docks, one sees Siri unconcious and runs to her aid while the other runs down the dock.

:The Rake lifts off and I retract the landing gear. It took me a few minutes while the engines were warming up to find the fire control. I bring the ship around and fire off a few shots from the huge turbo laser, trying to disable the other ships in the bay. Once that is done I bring the ship around and push the engines for speed. The Rendili-Surron ship performs just like it should and roars to life, picking up speed.:

The guard begins to fire upon the ship with his blaster before it gets too far out of range as he barks orders in his comlink notifying the ships patrolling the airspace of the situation. Soon, 7 ships change their courses and head directly towards the last position the Skyrake had been.

:The minute the ship has cleared the bay I put it into a steep climb at full power. The Ship begins to shudder as it fights gravity. "Come on baby, you can do it, make me proud." I mutter as I feel the effects of gravity and G-forces over right the inertial dampers. Strapping myself in was a good idea. The blue sky begins to fade into black. I hear the engine warning alarm go off but I ignore it. I knew it could do it. The rattle and roar continue while the black of space finally appears. The Rake bursts free of the atmosphere and rockets forward. The rumble and rattle fade and alarm shuts off. Speed builds and I grin. Yeah this was the ship alright. I knew she could punch through to the darker side of night. Yeah, that's her new name, the Nightsider. I set course for the closest hyperspace vector. I had to get to the Ringali nebula as quick as this bird could fly. I could lose all pursuit there, weave my way along it and pop out on a course for Nar Shaddaa. Drex and me had to have a few words about upgrades to the Nightsider:
