Buying and selling with the Enemy (Closed)

*The Jedi's Light comes out of hyperspace over Coruscant at last having been delayed by the hyperspace engines having been sabortaged by the Sith boards that were on board a few weeks ago. When they arrive Adamis boards the Panther and then sets off towards the surface and the Jedi Temple. He needs to talk to Adena about the offer of buying Ebonclaw ships to serve as escorts for the Jedi's Light. When he arrives he goes to Adena's bedchamber and waits outside to see the great Jedi Master.*

*A young Jedi padawan coming along the halls sees Adamis outside of Adena's old room and stops to explain what has happened to her. Shocked as Adamis is, he thanks the padawan and sends him on his way. He begins to make his way back to the Panther, having made up his mind to go buy the ships or at least check them out when he gets a message to meet in the council chambers and so sets a course for there to see what is going on.*

*Adamis boards the Panther and takes off. He pulls out the card that he got from the Ebonclaw women and sets in the coordinates that are writen on it. He then sends a message to the Jedi's Light to tell them his plans.*
"Jedi's Light this is Captain Adamis. I will be going to negotiate a deal to buy some escort ship for the Jedi's Light. Mr Marcus you are in command until I return."
"Sir, I know you are going to the Ebonclaw shipyards. Is that wise? Shouldn't we come allow to protect you?"
"No we cannot afford to lose the Jedi's Light at this time, but there are many other people who could captian the Jedi's Light so you are staying here until I return. Anyway, I don't think they will kill a good customer such as myself."
"Very well sir, and good luck."
"Thanks"
*With that the Panther goes to lightspeed towards the Ebonclaw shipyards.*

*The Panther comes out of hyperspace in the system with the Ebonclaw shipyards. Once he is in real space Adamis starts transmiting a signal on all channels.*

"Ebonclaw shipyards, this is Jedi Master Adamis. I have come to take you up on your offer to possibly buy some of your ships to serve as escorts for my capital ship. Now do I just land anywhere or do you have a place picked out for me?"

*The Obroa-Skai shipyards... It seems to be like a massive spiderweb strung against the side of the revolving world below. Three Massive enclosed hangers- Each easily 3000 meters long serve as anchor points. Dozens of smaller enclosed and partially enclosed hangers dot the webwork of tubeways. The sizable fleet that guards the system simply isn't as impressive as the shipyards itself. Shortly after his broadcast there is response.*

"Ah Master Jedi Adamis, I'm glad you chose to take us up on our offer, by all means bring your ship to the dawn side pad on the center Great Bay. We'll be happy to let you look over our show room."

*It is the commander he spoke to before, Thorn. A pad emerges from the central large bay to take his ship.*

*Adamis brings the Panther around to the landing pad and puts her down. He then exits the fighter carefully, just in case this is a trap of some kind, even though if they wanted him dead they would have just blwn the Panther away in space instead of letting him land.*

*The Doors open as Thorn, the one-eyed commander, steps through beckoning him forward*

"Well don't dawdle, Master Jedi... If we'd wanted you dead why would we let you land?" She grins, an example of Danthiri humor. She turns and walks back through the double doors.

*Adamis follows her saying nothing but instead reaches out with the force to see if he can get a feeling for the place, how many people work in the place and if there are any hidden secrets or plans that he should watch out for.*

*Thorn smiles slightly as she saunters along beside him. Once in the bay a moment has to be taken as the sight of The Retributor in the repulsor cradle is worth the moment of awe. What more is the veritable swarm of living beings, Danthiri, Human, Duros, Verpine and several other races can be identified. Also spiders, the Kessel crystal spiders along with others that can't be identified as easily are seen weaving circuitry. There are simply tens of thounsands working in this one gigantic bay and its office building sized stack of rooms that are in the back wall. If there is traps for him they're beyond sensing.*

"Our Vorcias are down one level. We can take the lift." She walks across to the adjacent wall and opens a set of lift doors, stepping in.

*Adamis follows her to the lift and trys to take in the size of what he is seeing, and the man power that must have to be used just to keep this station running.*
"How many of these docking bays do you have in this place?"

[Triune]

"We have three Grand Bays but two more are in the planning stages. Their construction will rely on how many preorders we get for the Superliner we're planning to offer for purchase. Two passenger lines are already interested but no orders have been made. The smaller bays are for the repair side of the Shipyards though we are considering subletting that out to the Kuat Engineering firm that are interested in purchasing space here on the yards. You've seen the Vorcia's in action so I presume those are the ships you're interested in. How many are you interested in purchasing?" The lift stops and the doors open revealing a smaller bay with a Vorcia on a large repulsor turntable, spinning around. A pair of Rodians and a fat Duros are looking at the display and talking to an Ebonclaw represenative. Along side the Vorcia is a trio of similiar looking smaller ships, labeled the Dursi-class Armed Courier.

"I am thinking of getting 5 of them. How much would that cost and what options do I have in terms of upgrades, etc?"
*Adamis brings to walk around the ship and then looks at the Dursi-class Armed Courier more closely as well.*

*Thorn doesn't miss a beat*
"4.05 million credits. The main weapon can be either an Ion cannon in the ten tetra-jeules range or a set of six fire-linked missile tubes that can handle a wide variety of missiles, Standard concussion missiles, Photon Torpedos, Ion Missiles and our latest design the Drag Missile. This missile when it strikes a target attaches itself to the hull and fires a random directional repulsor engine to slow the target or in the case of smaller ships throw them off course or stop them completely. Yes I know you're thinking 'why is a people with such a hostile reputation doing building non-lethal munitions?'. It's simple. The Dead have a hard time negotiating."

"The dead only have a hard time negotiating if they don't become one with the force! How about these ships here. How much do they cost and what options do you get?"

*Thorn shrugs slightly at Adamis' words*

"The Force is still rather new to us, It is not as prevailent in our home galaxy or perhaps we simply know it by another name." She walks over to the Dursi display. "This is the Dursi class armed courier. It comes in three basic configurations, Light Transport, Strato-Fighter and Heavy Star Fighter but is modification friendly. The Vylne Power Core while half the size of what is typically in a ship this size puts out over one-and-a-half-times the power. It runs on all standard ship fuels even unrefined hydrogen you can scoop from gas giants or even oceans. It mounts Strega-class five engines but the mounting brackets are there to fit a host of native engines for your every need."
