Invasion of Duro

*The combine might of the 1st, 4th, and the newly formed 7th Raptor Fleets come out of hyperspace above the planet of Duro.*
"Mandalore this is Raider do you copy we are at the target world."

* A massive mandalorian fleet come's out of hyperspace above the world of duro, much has changed since the last visit the mandalorians made to this world but the huge floaing cities are in place along with several new addition espeically the defences of the world*

" I am here raider, let's us begin, The duro will oput up a great fight"

"Roger Mandalore begining attack."
*The Raptor Fleets fall into battle formation each fleet goes after a different target as the battle begins. The 1st enages the defense fleet as the 4th attacks the orbitail stations and the 7th prepares to bombard the surfare of the planet*

* The battleships of the mandalorian fleet move towards the enemy fleet and open up fully with there turbo lasers onto the enemy fleet while the heavy and light cruiser's move against the floating cities of duro while the fast scout ship's move against the orbital defences using there speed as there advantage*

*The 1st moves on the other side of the enemy fleet the battleships pound it with heavy fire as destroyers move quickly firing missles into the cluster groups of ships. The 4th comes in range of the defense stations and target the shields and weapons systems as they open up. The 7th goes side-by-side with the Mandalorian Fleet helping them with the attack of the floating cities.*

* The targeting arrays of the orbital defences that the duro's have in place have trouble locking onto the scout ship's and they cause much damage to the orbital platform's of the duro, The mandalorian battleships fullly tangle with the enemy duro, They are using basic republic tactics against raider and my own ship's but they still put up heavy resistance, The heavy and light cruisers continue to pound away at the floating cites above the planet as turrents from the cities open fire*

*The 4th destroys one of the defense stations making a opening in the enemy lines.*
*Raider sees the opening from the bridge of his flagship.*
"Depoly the O.S.Ts (orbital shock troopers) captain."
"Yes sir."
*O.S.T dropships depoly and run through a opening made in the fighting as soon as the dropships enter atmisphere the doors open and thousands jump from them falling down toward the capitol city of Duro as the space battle rages from above.*

* A large contingent of mandalorian cruisers moves though the gap in the line while the battleship reinforce to gap to stop the duro forces from closieing it again, Once the mandalorian ships enter around the orbit of the floating cities and mandalorian basilisk droids leave there magnetic locks and plunge towards the cities below*

*The 1st keeps the enemy fleet back so it can not help the defense stations. The 7th joins the 4th they then focus on one station at a time slowly destroying the planets defenses. The O.S.Ts land in and around the city attacking every enemy troop they see as they fight their way to the goverment buildings.*

* As basilisks drop onto several of the planet's orbiting cities, the small ship's engageing the planetery defences press the attack against the orbital defences and several go up in flames while the battleships continue to reinforce the gap in the duro defences*

*The 1st Fleet's destroyers fire a massive cluster of missles in to the middle of the enemy fleet. The fast moving ships manage to avoid the attack but the slow command ships are hit dead on and destroyed in a huge redish fire ball. With the leaders dead the remaining ships shatter as the 1st turns and reinforces the gap even more as the O.S.Ts continue to push through the capitol.*

* The basilisk crews swarm over the city while dropship's depart from the ship's orbiting the planet to reinforce the troops on the ground, As the duro ships begin to lose formation they become easier prey for the mandalorian battleship's and they move to engage the exposed ship's*

*Dropships land around the city and unload A-40 Tanks
and troopers reinforcing the O.S.Ts as they surround the goverment buildings. In orbit the last defense stations are overwhelmed and destroyed by the 4th and 7th Fleets.*

* with the duro defence forces in complete disarry all the mandalorian ship with the exception of the scout ships who engage the rest of the duro forces, the battleships move over the cities of the planet and bombard centers of resistance over the city and fighters spill out of there hangers*
