Plans Set Into Motion (Closed)

[Triune]

*Raviel nods at Kyra's words, listening closely to what Rubin says and how he says it. This one was always angling, seeking for leverage... He would have to be watched. Looking back to Kyra however...*

"It would probably be best if these technicians were of the expendable variety, Lady Kyra. They will see too much to be trusted to keep their mouths shut. Tech people like to gossip."

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She looks at Rubin and smiles.* "Everyone is expendable, Raviel."

*Her lips suddenly go cold and she furrows her eyebrows at this. Absently taking her hands to touch them. She looks away from them both and picks up the first of the datapads and begins to look at it. Clearly she is distracted.*

"Rubin, you have 3 more days. Gather the rest of the knowledge you can and report back. Again, I will tell you of the location later. Phase 1 will begin soon."

*She raises her gaze to look at him.* "You'll be watched carefully, Rubin. Do not betray me. I have eyes everywhere."

*He stiffens* "Can I go now?"

*She nods her head and points to Raviel.* "You'll be seen out."

*Raviel nods to Kyra and raises gracefully to his feet. He directs Rubin towards the door.*

"Come along, you've got plenty to do and less time every passing second." He shows him down the steps and out of the building. Once outside he 'shoos' Rubin to his ship. Never seen until he seeks to turn aside and then as a smiling figure, a hand over the grip of his sabre giving him clear evidence what will happen if he deviates. Eventually Rubin gets the idea and takes off in his ship. Afterwhich Raviel returns to Kyra.

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She is busy over the datapads holding her head in her hands as she looks through the information. After a while she leans back in her chair and lets out a sigh. Her gaze turns to Rav.*

"Time is a wasting. I'm too anxious to get this all started.....but there's something I can't get out of my mind."

*She stands up and clasps her hands behind her as she walks away a little staring at a picture on the wall.*

"Too many are watching my steps. Too many. I don't like it."

[Triune]

*Raviel nods as he lounges over the pair of chairs.*

"It would seem to me that you need to 'vanish' as well as I Lady Kyra."

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She laughs* "Vanish and lose my reign as queen? I don't think that is an option. No, too many would look into that further and find me. No, I must work from the shadows. Queen Kyra must be an entirely different entity. Plus, there is still the meeting with Lirreka coming. But first, there's a shipment leaving Nar Shadaa heading to Telos. We shall intercept it. Our first strike begins soon, Raviel. However, I need you to do something. We NEED to get to Al'fei. I want one of those new ships and I want to take one of their shipments. However, I want the strike to be anonymous. Let the Shadows of the Phoenix embrace them....hmm....that has a nice ring to it doesn't it?"

*She chuckles*

[Triune]

*Raviel nods at her words, understanding her position, her desire to claim an Af'El shipment and one of the Vorcia ships however bring a smile to his lips as he leans towards her.*

"I know of a way to get both Lady Kyra... Indeed I do. Barzai is loyal beyond measure to the Matron, he will not give up one of those shipments willing to track down and fight to the death any that took one...However even he has a vulnerability, a weakness..." He reaches into his satchel and after a moment of dramatic pause he removes a bio-suit to show its face to Kyra "Adesia."

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She raises an eyebrow.* "The same woman that had you down on the floor with her boot at your throat? Tell me more about this relationship."

[Triune]

*He draps the suit over the desk and smiles as he leans back*

"He is her Mate in all but name. As Heir she cannot formally have a Mate until she becomes Matron or is formally passed over by Lirreka. They are well suited. She much like her mother demands command in every situation while Barzai only submitted to her after she beat him in battle." he grins at Kyra knowing she knows Barzai is built like a picket gun and Adesia is slender. "She had him poisoned before the battle. Perfectly acceptable in Danthiri society. It should have killed him but Barzai is far harder to kill then a bull Rancor on the Rut. Regardless they have a child together and though Lirreka does acknowledge her as her granddaughter she has not acknowledged it came from her and Barzai. Adesia could get a shipment from him, She could also get a Vorcia from the shipyard."

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She smiles and turns around to Raviel patting him on the back.* "I like the way you think. Perhaps we kill two birds in one day. First deal with the Hutt's shipment....then have Barzai's dreams come true. He can meet the wishes of his one love."

*She rubs her hands together.* "Oh, Lirreka will be so angry once she finds out all I have been up to. Outsmarted by the one she tried to outsmart."

*She gets a message on her comlink and grabs her datapad out of her pocket looking at it with furrowed brows.* "Yes.....things are moving quickly....."

Why am I getting such a bad feeling all of a sudden? Something is going on.....somewhere. I can sense the disturbance in the Force.

[Triune]

*Raviel stands and holds out an oddly shapped black bracelet to Kyra*

"When you give Barzai his wish you will need this... It is a Weaver's stone. Do you remember how Adesia seemed to make that pike appear when she had me pinned? She made it from this. Weavers can make it grow rapidly and use it to m ake weapons or shields... They can make it decay just as fast. Adesia is a master of it."

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She takes the braclet looking at it curiously. Her gaze then meets Raviel's* "How is it done though? Nothing like this was seen in my training......Lirr's training...."

*She bends at her waist clutching her head again for a moment wincing taking a sharp intake of air into her lungs. After a few moments, she rises again to her feet. Her skin is a little paler and she moves like an aged woman over to a chair to sit down.*

"I had thought these had passed...."

[Triune]

*Raviel is quick to get her a glass of water and kneels on one knee by her side offering the glass.*

"Drink this, it will help... As for the stone, Lirreka doesn't use one because her mother never did. Adesia picked up its use on her own. It's just like weaving sand I'm told, 'will' the crystal to become something simple, a pike, a shield, or the like and it becomes it rapidly. Will it back to a bracelet and so it will become. You have pushed yourself too hard these last few days... Even you need rest and nurishment regularly, Lady Kyra.." His admonishment while there is with deferance.

[Lady Zahra/Jules]

*She takes the water and waves him away from her as she drinks it.* "I know what I need! I am not a child!"

*Her hands shake and her grip lessons as the glass of water falls to the floor. She puts her hands over her face.* "What is happening to me? This can't happen! This is weakness!" *She struggles to her feet. Her face showing trails where tears had fallen.* "I will not become weak. The weak fall under the heels of the strong. There is too much to do. Out of my way, Raviel."

*She pushes past him and begins to walk out of the warehouse.*

*He gets out of her way but before she leaves puts a warm hand on her shoulder.*

"You are no child that is true but you are stubborn to a fault. You have not stopped going since the injections, Lady Kyra you need to rest. I would not be your Ven'mere if I did not impress this upon you. Needing to rest is not weakness, it is what we all need. Please. Come with me back to the courier, there are quarters there as opulent as any onboard a ship. You can rest there in safety. I will stand watch over you to ensure this to be true. Please Kyra." his concern is evident in his voice and in his thoughts.
