~He thought for a moment before shrugging slightly, then leaning back into his chair as well~
"Too true, I'm just worried about you turning a corner to find more assassins than you can handle, or a gauntlet of them that could weaken you enough to actually succeed. If I can inflitrate even a Jedi enclave, right under the noses of their Council, then I would not be surprised if someone else managed to do the same here, on Myrkyr. Besides, having to learn a new boss to my..gifts..is such tedious and exhausting work." He adds a light laugh as his gaze drifts to the skylight, taking in the Myrkyr sky.

*She shrugs lightly seeminly unconcerned*
"If an assassin proves my equal or better then by rights I should fall to their blade. Through conflict comes strenght. If I cannot become strong enough to defeat them then the Ebonclaws are better off with a new Matron." She smiles slightly "An eventuality for which I have long been prepared."

~He knew well the Ebonclaw ways, having been in Lirr's service for quite a long time and he merely nods dismissively~
"Of course Matron, though I pity the ones who fail." He chuckles through a smirk as he sends his gaze to her. "So, what was Ankus like, I know nothing about it."

*She chuckles*
"You've missed nothing, It is home to ne'redowells and miscreants who cling to their gutter-trash rim of 'civilization. I might use the system for weapons practice sometime. The moon of its largest gas giant however was a find. Ancient ruins, dragons of all types. I found several still viable eggs in stasis of some sort."

~His ears perked up immediately, so to speak, at the mention of ruins and dragons and he rests his elbow on the chair's arm~
"Really? I'm sure the dragons will make fine additions to the Bestiary, you wouldn't by anychance found any pearls, like the Krayt on Tatooine? My Adu'dhaera saber could stand some upgrades. What were the ruins of?"

*She smiles once more*
"What precious stones that were found are being studied, when they prove to be as expected I will see you get your pick. The ruins seem to be linked to no particular group but someone gathered dragons from the galaxy and brought them there.. very odd."

~He again nods with a smile this time~
"Thank you, I will look forward to that. And it is indeed odd that someone would gather up dragons like that, i hope you can find out who it was or at least why. I'd certainly find that interesting."

"It has proven to be a quandry to all that have seen it. I'm sure eventually we will accertain why it was done. In the meantime it provides me with a windfall of genetic information. Viable eggs were the last I thought to find there."

~He looks at her with a thoughtful smile~
"Who would? I doubt anyone could have expected to find any viable eggs there, though it's good that you did, it should provide some very potent and fear instilling additions to the ground forces and the won't have to be transported to this galaxy either."

"From all that I have seen since arriving here, the Dragons of this Galaxy seem to be genetic offshoots of the same species. I would not be surprised to find the existance of a progenitor species. Perhaps even one of the eggs is of this very Race."

"Now that would be interesting to say the least, though I wonder how the offshoots spread across the galaxy. Hmm, I'm not much good at theorizing things like this but perhaps the Progenitor species was advanced enough to travel amongst the stars or perhaps they could merely fly through space as do the bio-ships."

"Anything is possible. Mynoc manage to survive in space upon the hulls of ships. Perhaps they were once what allowed Progenitor Dragons to fly across space. Ultimately it is a puzzle that is enjoyable to contemplate."

"On that I agree with you and I can't help but wonder how much more...resilient the Wraith, or any other biotech ships would be were they to have...wings? Would certainly have made our capture by the Jedi's Light a less likely occurance, assuming the wings were unharmed of course. Especially if they could be, retracted somehow when needed, say hidden beneath the outermost hull plating. This certainly has ideas brewing in my mind...like were it be feasible to genetically code wings like that into the bio-ship...then perhaps things like my demolitons device could be modified to 'fly' at a target ship and attach itself to the hull in a weak point, for say a boarding action or to disable or destroy a vessel. The device could easily be made larger which would increase the yeild by roughly, well, enough to cause some serious havoc. A anti-ship demolitions 'missle' of sorts." A wide grin reaches ear to pointed ear as he speaks, coming up with better and frequently unusual, ways of destroying his enemies had always been a talent.

*She chuckles softly, running her fingers through her platinum tresses*
"Wings while useful in atmosphere have little use in space and would make a vulnerable target. There are far more effective methods of bio-dynamic thrust avaliable but yes I do admit wings are a visually stunning feature to have on large ships."

~He nods absently to her, lost in thought while waving a hand before him~
"That's true but assuming my theory on the prgenitor species of Dragon is correct then that would mean that their wings were capable of propelling them across vaccuum as well as atmosphere. Hmm, perhaps being similar to ancient solar sails, though perhaps with a higher top end speed. They likely wouldn't allow a ship to move comparably to modern propulsion but it would still alow a ship to travel at sublight speeds in case its engines were damaged or otherwise nonfunctional. It's at least an interesting idea if it is indeed possible, no?"
