Meanwhile.....
Kit takes the Outrider out of Hyperspace over the planet of Corellia. He drops the Outrider into orbit and lands the ship at a bustling Jedi Academy in the plains region of one of the continents. As he disembarks he is met by Eli's sister Jedi Knight Fiera Sabre...
"Kit... i heard that... Eli..."Tears well up in Fiera's eyes as she asks Kit.
"Come here Fiera."Kit pulls in a now weeping Fiera."Your sister... she... she.. didnt make it... i tried looking for her... but... nothing.. I couldnt feel her, scanners were picking up nothing, i didnt see any sign of her... oh Fiera im sorry...." By this time Kit himself is starting to cry a small amount.
"But its not possible... Eli CANT DIE! I NEED HER KIT!" Fiera is now sobbing heavily into Kit's robes.
"I need her too Fiera... we... all need her..."

A darkness moves within the darkness, and a chill creeps through the air. Eliatra finds it momentarily hard to breathe. A silken voice speaks.
"She awakes...." A round, silvery orb of light appears above them and slowly illuminates the scene. The voice belongs to a tall female humanoid. Her face is sharp and cruel, but entrancingly beautiful at the same time. Long flaxen hair cascades from her head, and dainty pointed ears protrude. Eyes the color of ice regard Eliatra curiously. "Who is this creature who dares to tread my place?" Her tone is hardly curious with an undercurrent of mockery. "She is battered, yes, but you can still see her features; note the strong chin, high cheekbones, dark tumbling locks of hair, the defiant eyes! I would say she hails almost certainly from Alderaan. And she is not any ordinary citizen, either, no.... she is far too refined. No quailing Alderaanian would dare to venture to these wildernesses. So we conclude she must be royal, then!" Her lips curve in a small smile as she bends gracefully and moves her hand toward Eliatra's chest. Eliatra stares her unwaveringly in the eyes as she reaches her hand out and carefully pulls the sparkling pendant away from Eli's robes. "And here we see that she is no ordinary royalty, either, but a Sabre!" She gives the pendant, an ornate gold 'S' curving around a vertical lightsabre blade, a glance before letting it drop back. Eliatra puts her hand over her necklace in a protective gesture, and stays silent.

"So." The tall woman stands, still regarding Eliatra. Eli notices for the first time that the creeping thing that had come in the cave the first time hunches near the left entrance. It bares sharp teeth at her in a menacing grin when it notices her glance. The lady shifts her gaze to the crouching being. "We ask ourselves: What does this poor misplaced princess think she is doing here? Has she perhaps landed here by mistake, and chanced to fall over the cliff into our lovely pool? Then we may take into account two things: the bloodied, freshly dead carcass of the N'Zhil soiling our pool outside, and the lightsabres hanging from our guest's belt. Nothing else but a Jedi could have killed that beast; none else would want to, anyway. For though it is menacing indeed, it leaves those tribes in the jungle to themselves, and they leave it. It hunts only large prey, preferring instead to work for its food. It would only attack a human --or humanoid-- if they ventured into its den, which so happens to be in that picturesque clearing up there." She smiles mockingly at Eliatra now, waiting for her to speak.
Eliatra stares, trying to comprehend. "But....the G'rahi! They said that the beast was terrorizing their hunters, destroying their villages...endangering their lives."
"Fool, trusting Jedi. Did you not think to check for deception?"
"Why would they seek to endanger or kill us? They seem like a simple bunch, and the Jedi have never trifled in their affairs in the past, nor have they ever needed us to..."
"Did you not consider that perhaps...they were not under their own control? That perhaps they were carrying out a plan of another against their own will?" She smiles now, revealing slightly pointed canines.
Eliatra considers quickly. It was a trap...one that she had never even seen coming. How could she have been so foolish, so gullible? "What do you want me for? I have never met you before."
"You see, little Jedi, there has been a prophecy among the Yvarens. One that a single woman, who is named by her weapons, revered, and perhaps desired, by many, would be the downfall of us...and our plans to conquer the galaxy. Of course, this set up quite a disturbance. We have been designing our reign over the galaxy since the first of us gathered together. We are supreme, you know. It would be somewhat disquieting to be stopped by one human. So all of us decided to seek you out and kill you quietly before you could find us out. Many feared to take you on; if you could single-handedly orchestrate our ruin, how would a few of us stand against you? But here you have stumbled easily and foolishly into my trap. You stand before me, weakened by the loss of your tie to the Force, trying to recover from your battle with the N'zhil. You are frail, weak, fragile; how could you possibly even hope to cause the Yvarens' demise?" She smiles horribly. "It will cause me great pleasure in proving the prophecy wrong..."

A somber day in the Jedi Academy as all the students gather in the meadow where Eli used to take care of her gualara, Orion. Kit stands alone inside of a circle of students next to an empty coffin on a funeral pyre. He is holding a lit torch in his right hand.
"My fellow Jedi, today we mourn the loss of one of our Order's most cherished Masters, Eliatra Sabre. She has been a huge influence on so many students here at this academy, including myself. I remember the day I first met her when i was delivering a smuggled shipment of training sabers. She was so calm and in control of everything... When she said I was Force sensitive I immediately became her student and gave up my smuggling ways.. Yes... I, Kit Rendar, was a smuggler... so that rumor you may have heard was true..." Kit looks at a bunch of students giggling at this and smiles. "But enough of me. Eli was an excellent Master. She is the reason i stand before you today as the Head of this Academy. We married soon after i gained rank and have been happy ever since. We lost Eli in this world as she was defending my life from a monster on a backwater planet. May she live on in the Force and be a guide to future students." Kit becomes very quiet and whispers"I love you." before setting the pyre aflame.
As the smoke rises up into the late afternoon sky, Kit turns to the students. "Let us not be downtrodden... Let us feast and celebrate the life of a great Master, friend, and wife."
Kit ushers the students into the main hall where tables of food from all over the galaxy have been laid out. Kit does not immediately go in the hall but lingers at the pyre. "I did not see this as how it would end Eli... i hope you come back from time to time or at least once to know you have become one with the Force... I miss you... and love you. You helped me become who i am today and i can never repay you for that now... thank you."
Kit turns and walks towards the entrance to the hall. He pauses at the doorway and turns around to watch embers fly into the darkening sky....

Eliatra draws herself up and reaches for her sabres. "Are you so cowardly that you would kill one weaker then yourself without giving her a chance to defend herself? If you are going to kill me here, let it be a semblance of a fair fight." She raises her chin and looks the woman in the eyes, hoping against hope that she would live through this.
The Yvaren narrows her eyes thoughtfully. "I suppose so. You may keep your weapons, as you have been momentarily deprived of your 'Force'." She smiles wolfishly and steps back to the center of the chamber, which proves to be quite large now that it is properly lighted. She then holds out her hand, palm up, and hisses something in a tongue that echoes around the chamber. Her hand glows as though it is on fire, then a long, narrow, glowing sword grows from it. It is so bright that it hurts Eli's eyes to look at it for very long. The Yvaren grasps the light-sword in both hands and smirks at Eliatra.
Eliatra ignites her own ice-blue blades and shifts her body painfully into the familiar stance.
The two women fly into action. Eliatra, as injured as she is, falls into the routine moves. The tall woman matches her speed with ferocity, but her single fiery sword is not as maneuverable as Eliatra's twin sabres. The Yvaren hisses when Eliatra strikes a hit on her arm, and throws out a hand. Eli is blown backwards almost to the wall. By the time she recovers from this, the Yvaren has changed her weapon. No longer does she bear a flaming sword, but a fireball perched on her hand. Blood streams from the wound in her arm, but she cackles giddily as she pulls back her arm. Eliatra tenses, waiting, and leaps to the side as a fireball is launched at her. Her eyes widen as it tracks her, and she stabs her lightsabre into the middle of it. It sizzles, and she ducks the next fireball just in time.
Battling the flaming orbs, she slowly advances closer. Finally, waiting until the Yvaren has just thrown a fireball and is forming a new one, she charges forward and sinks her sabres into the woman's chest.
Her scream resounds through the chamber. Lightning flares from her body. Eliatra steps back and shields her face. After a minute the light fades, and the woman lies gasping her last breaths on the ground. "Jedi!!" she hisses. Eliatra steps forward. "You may have won this battle.... but my kinsmen shall be your end! You shall see!!" she coughs spasmodically, blood leaking from the corner of her mouth. Eliatra shakes her head and steps back. "We shall see, indeed...." she murmurs sadly. The dying Yvaren gives one last gasp, her entire body convulsing, then fades. Eliatra stares at the body a moment longer, then turns silently and strides out of the chamber.

Eliatra pauses for a minute, eyes unfocused as she relives the memory in her mind. Finally she speaks again. "Those years were some of the most intense I have ever lived. I wanted to return to the Jedi as soon as I could, after that first incident, but what the Yvaren woman had said stuck with me...and sure enough, not long after I had left the planet, I noticed a strange ship tracking me. They were out to kill me, determined to rid the galaxy of this one obstacle, and they would stop at nothing to achieve their goal. I was forced to retreat from the Jedi, from Republic space, from known space, so that I would not lead the Yvaren straight to the Jedi. From then on, I knew that I had to carry out the prophecy. I had to kill the remaining Yvaren, or they would kill me and conquer the galaxy...or at the very least wreak havoc equal to, if not exceeding, that of the Sith. So kill I did. I searched the far reaches of the galaxy, digging them out of their encampments in wild space, often luring them to me just by drawing near to them. I must have killed at least forty... and every battle was as intense as the first. And the last battle...." she shudders slightly. "But it's over now, and I have returned whole and alive..." She glances up at him, eyes searching his face.
