*Carith waved his hand and a droid came out with a blue saber also set to stun,it held it firmly in the grasp of its Mettallic palm ready to fight the padawan*

Millennia before the Clone Wars, advanced technology replaced metal swords with energy-beam lightsabers. In this transition the first Form was born. Jedi Masters created Form I from ancient sword-fighting traditions, since the principles of blade combat remained much the same. The basics of attack, parry, body target zones, and the practice drills called velocities are all here.
I’m just going to post this here to tell everybody reading what form I is.))

Junn got his lightsaber out once more and brought upon the force as he ignited his lightsaber. Then as the droid went in for the attack Junn moved so quickly that the droids sensors couldn’t pick it up. Junn stubbed his lightsaber into the droids chest and moved it upwards towards the droids head making him unable to move.

"Very well done,now Form 3 is the form of Blaster deflection,it shall teach you to deflect blaster fire and defend yourself"

*Four droids come out with blasters surrounding him,they set there blasters to stun and aim at him ready to fire*

"Dont kill them just say stop when you have the basics done"

((Form III
The third great lightsaber discipline was first developed in response to the advancement of blaster technology in the galaxy. As these weapons spread widely into the hands of evil-doers, Jedi had to develop unique means of defending themselves. Form III thus arose from "laserblast" deflection training. Over the centuries it has transcended this origin to become a highly refined expression of non-aggressive Jedi philosophy. Form III maximizes defensive protection in a style characterized by tight, efficient movements that expose minimal target area compared to the relatively open style of some of the other Forms.
Obi-Wan Kenobi takes up a dedication to Form III after the death of Qui-Gon Jinn (who favored Form IV), since it was apparent to Kenobi that Jinn's defense was insufficient against the Sith techniques of Darth Maul. True Form III masters are considered invincible. Even in his elder years, Kenobi remains a formidable Form III practitioner.

The droids started shooting and Junn kept deflecting trying to miss very carefully. It hard seeming Junn had been taught to make sure his opponent can’t fight back again anymore. Junn wasn’t taught to just defend. The bolts got quicker but it didn’t bother Junn as he had been taught how to defend against the greatest shooters shoot. Junn chuckled as he thought that t himself. Junn kept going faster and faster until he was completely bored. He then said “Stop”.

"Nicley done,i would like you to do the same except this time you may kill them,and i want you to combine Form 1 with Form 3"

*The droids ready there blasters again*

Junn saw the four droids walk up to him; two had blasters and the other two lightsabers. Junn was quick to dispose of the lightsaber wielding ones. He stabbed one in the face a pushed it towards the left destroying both of the droids. Then the last two took a shot a Junn he deflected one towards the one that fired it, for the other one Junn just stabbed in the chest.

"Well done i think that is enough for lightsbaer training,now force training,I want you to reach out with the force,study that stone over there,reach out use the force to grab it pretend its an extra hand lift it with the force and throw it forward,this is caled force push"

Junn had been taught about this. It was using the force to do the users bidding. Junn called upon the force grabbing the stone. He tried and tried and eventually the stone moved off the ground. Then Junn hurled it towards his master.

*Carith didnt budge catching in the air with the force,it slowly dropped to the ground*

"Very good,Now i want to teach you another,its the same thing except you pull it torwards you"

Junn called the force and picked up the stone once mroe but this time instead of hurling it at his master he puled it towards himself.

"Well done now i shall teach you how to use your laightsaber as a ranged weapon,you must throw it using the force to make it go where you wish"

Junn got his lightsaber out and ignited it. He called upon the force and summoned the force to push his lightsaber out towards no-one and to pull it back towards Junn again.

"Well done,now the next force power,you have to use the force to propel yourself into the air"

*Carith threw a flag into the air and it stck on a tree*

"Get the flag down"

Junn called upon the force just one more time to do his bidding. He felt himself get light and light as he jumped up towards the air. Junn grabbed the flag and got it out of the tree. As soon as the flag lost contact with the tree Junn fell. Junn used the tree with his feet to slow himself down.

"Well done,Now force Speed,it teaches you to enhance your speeding ability,if you master this power it can be very effective,now use the force to enchance your speed,make everything slow around you while you speed up"
