That he thinks he is smart, even though he failed a grade. well the lowest grade I got on my progress report for this trimester was a C- so I'm not that bad... |

Anyway it was a joke dude, not actually stating a fact. Believe me I don't think that there are any Americans with an IQ that low, ven if they are generally very stupid. If there was someone with an IQ that low I would feel very, very sorry for humanity. |

That would be about average, considering at that age they generally try to have a bell-curve witha mean of about 50% so yeah not that strange but if you think that almost failing "isn't bad" I would say don't go to Uni. |
