Shara might not like that Idea LOL, I do point out that im not 100% on things, I myself am just learning all this, and do have the habbit of second guessing myself and fucking up.. Swaying your feet in bordum, and rolling your shoulders now and then..though tylenol could relave that back and neck tention.. and that I noticed has a tendancy to be in a 10 minute swath, give or take a few moments, as I said, Im not that well trained yet, just a novice |
