Franklin Richards. Send all of them to a different dimension, where his own powers are magic, and the others have no powers. Then just crush them all by making a giant ship land on them! Wheee, theyre powerless to my onslaught!
But Spider-Man is f*cking awesome, so Id spare him....

Grey Hulk-The Incredible Hulk before they made him Green. He was the first few issues of the Comic.
Green Hulk- The Incredible Hulk we all Know and Love
Dr. Conner/The Lizard- A Genius Scientist who lost his arm. He tried to re-grow it by splicing his DNA with a Lizard's. It caused him to mutate, turning into the evil Genius Lizard. There were times when he was calm, and good, though.
The Dark Knight Returns Batman- Old, Muscle-bound, Smart, and not afraid to kill Batman. He made his first appearance in a Graphic Novel.
Daredevil- Blind, Matt Murdock lives a Night Life as "DareDevil"-The Man Without Fear!
Venom-A Rival Photographer of Peter Parkers, Venom tried on the Symbiote Suit that Spidy once wore, and became The Evil Villan bent on killing Spider-Man and Peter Parker! Only Weakness(s)-Sonics(Sound) and Fire
Carnage-A Serial Killer who got a hold of a Symbiote and now uses it's powers to make himself even more crazed and deadly. Only Weakness(s)-Sonics(Sound) and Fire.

Psylock : Betsy Braddock, trained in martial arts, and unique use of psycokenetics,
Rogue: with a smple touch this southern belle absourbs all the powers of her rivals,
SHI: Ana Ishikawa, trained as a Seohi warrior by her grand father, this lovely lotus kicks major ass
Darkness : he's a former mafia cleaner, and has the Darklings, need I say more

Hulk --- the Hulk! C'mon!
Grey Hulk --- The Hulk! But Grey!
Abomination --- One of Hulk's enemies. Hes stupider but stronger than Hulk.
Spider-Hulk --- When Spider-Man is submitted to gamma rays sent by the Hulk, he gains Hulk powers! He's Spider-Man and hes Hulk in one body!
Doc Samson --- He recieved gamma radiation, but retained his old body. He is much stronger now, however, and his eyes and hair are green.
She-Hulk --- She's not as strong as Hulk, but shes still damn strong.
And... yeah. thats the all-Hulk team.

Hulk --- Hes over 7 feet tall and really buff...
Juggernaut --- Same as Hulk. Invulnerable, and can emit a Force Field at will. His helmet protects him from all psionic attacks, and he IS magic. Oh, and he can live without water, air, or food....
Sentinels --- About 12 foot tall robots designed to hunt and destroy humans. Flying abilites, rays, stun blasts, superstrength...
Blob --- Blob is a fairly tall mutant whose ability is his fatness. Hes so bulky that hes invulnerable, and cannot be moved if he plants his feet.... He is f*cking FAT!
Galactus -- Almighty and 20 feet tall...
Goliath --- Avengers founding member with the ability to change his size at will.. minimum size is microscopic and maximum is about 100 feet I think...

Puck --- Acrobat thats about 3' 6"
Box --- Superstrong robot thats 4 foot.
Wolverine --- 5' 3" tough guy with claws and healing powers.
Franklin Richards --- 4' 2" I believe...
