Shara continued to expertly block the blaster fire, a broad grin on her face.
"Compliments won't save you from me, fly boy."
She was a bit taken aback by his leap and hastily spun out of the way. "Ack!"

he then kicked out hoping to get her on the ground..*

Shara threw an arm up to catch the blow, struggling in vain to free her saber.
"Ar was an expression of pain, you numbnut." She scowled. "And now, I'm going to knock you down a peg or two..."
She swung her leg in a hooking kick for his knee, hoping to trip him up.

*hoorex fell backwards...mostly because of the hit, but partly because he was laughing!*
"AHAHAHAAH!!! PEG!!! I GET IT!!!PIRATES..."
*as he rolled tears came to his eyes...the joke wasn't that funny, hoorex was just stupid...he then fired with his two blasters...at that close range no matter how hard he was laughing...it would be hard to miss*

Shara twisted, narrowly avoiding one of the blasts... the other hit dead on, seering into her shoulder.
"You oaf..." She snarled, gritting her teeth against the pain. "Come 'ere!"
She pulled her saber free, the blade now shut off, and jumped on him, using her good hand to swing the hilt at his head like a club.

Shara felt her feet slip out from under her for about the millionth time thus far and once again found herself sprawled on the ground. She was going to have some serious bruising when this was over...
