besides, hes not technically sith...so taking a planet owned by the Hutts, and claiming it as Sith,, will only get the Sith in VERY hot water and cause them problems,, while his factories get sucked into the Maw...lett him have it while he can I guess, I simply saw no tactiacl gain really
