We could nominate people, and that person had to be seconded and thirded by two other people, then once like three or five people are nominated, then there's a poll on who to be? Or once the people are nominated, the staff just chooses which one out of the 3 or 5?

I have to agree with Mantus on this one. We don't want a popularity contest. Jetzt has been good for keeping all of us admins in line and listening to our ideas and giving his go ahead. He would make sure the majority is happy. Everyone won't be because you never can please everyone.

I think the idea now is to go to a point where EVERYONE would have to create a new character. I'd say we would go about 75-100 years into the future.

i think we should keep the admins, global mods., and mods. They've been doing a good job, so I don't see why we should get new people for admins...although maybe one or 2 might be good...just for kicks...
