No one except the sith should know about this civil war anyway since no major battle except the one on coruscant as started yet. Reports from Ground Forces to Space Forces or Commanding Officers would alert the Republic to this. And we, in turn, would share this information with our allies. |

well, there is that truth,, there is a spike in Star Wars lore where the Sith capture coruscant once,, then something happened and they never regained that ability until Palpy...after bane smacked everyone around and said the old ways always failed,, so that is technically following proper history and timeline
