Well, I watched the end of tPM last night, and even though I really liked the song (duel of fates), I am going to vote for the Emperors Throne Room from RotJ. I thought the tension in that scene was a little bit higher than the duel (though the fighting in duel of the fates kicked ass). Plus, I feel bad that no one voted for it...

dual of fates is awesome. i bought the album for that song, lol, but the one in aotc is good aswell.

I also quite liked the Battle of the Heroes, goes well with the fatefull duel of Anakin and Obi-wan...
And the emperor's force lightning theme in RotJ is simply amazing, its probably the most tense of all parts of any SW movies, since you ask yourself, is Luke going to die? Is vader going to let him die? Then these chorals are for some reason, even freakier then duel of the fates which I loved!
Its just so dark and evil... Purely fantastic!
