Yeah, US troops are going to have a massive rotation next year AND they are going to be cutting down on the amount that are there because the Iraqis are learning to fend for themselves. I think by the end of next year or the beginning of 2007 then the Iraqis will be able to care for themselves 100% and they will say "You can all go home now".
