I personally cant figure out why we play in the time[eriod that was chosen, it would make it easier if we went after the movies

Well I can suspect and agree with one reasoning behind setting in this period, no well known movie characters for everyone to fight over... After the movies there'd be a mad rush to have Luke and Leia and Han and Chewie, etc...

thats why you have the rule of making your own original character, and prohaps go 50 to 100 years later

I'd go for that, I enjoy making my own characters though how many would raise a fit and hell because they couldn't play their favorite character large or small?

i like having it in this period it offers a lot of new rp opptunities because of when it's set.
kyra has anikan tried anymore scary lines or has he kept to acting like a idiot
